Übersichtliche Gestaltung und einfache Anwendung

Cons

Mir war beim Kauf nicht bewusst, dass die Kalender Sync nicht funktioniert, weil ich den Kauf über Appsumo getätigt habe. Das wäre aber eine für mich enorm wichtige Funktion.

Samdock's really great at what it does and unlike many other CRMs, you don't get a feeling that you've been overpromised something. It gets everything it promises done. How refreshing, isn't it?

Pros

Ever fealt like some of those CRMs really take more of your energy and time to understand how to operate, than the benefits from them? Samdock is a breath of fresh air, as simplicity and ease of use seem to be core part of its DNA. Samdock doesn't pretend to "have it all", it's doesn't try to be good at everything. Instead, it focuses on bringing you the absolute essentials for a CRM - contact management, sales funnel overview and task management - in the most efficient and simplified way, so that your whole team can \*actually\* use it.

Cons

Of course, because there isn't too much going on, at some point you end up with a feeling something's missing and you have to use another service for this or that, which then you have to integrate with Samdock - but really that's fine. I've tried many CRM-type of softwares that have so many features that they end up being just average in everything but also hard to use.
