Leur talent pour me faire souscrire à une application chère sans intérêt pour moi que je m'en rende compte oendabt 4 ans et de rendre ça si compliqué que je suis resté membre pendant 4 ans malgre que je disais que je voulais canceller....

FUYEZ si on vous approche de cette compagnie! Cette entreprise m'a chargé pendant 4 ans! Plus de 200 USD/an. J'ai aucune idée comment je me suis retrouvé membre, rien n'a d'intérêt pour moi! J'ai essayé d'interrompre à plusieurs reprises, incapable, malgré que je les ai contacté en disant que je voulais canceller... un an plus tard je suis rechargé encore.. je n'ai vraiment aucune idée de comment j'ai downloadé cette application. Je suis médecin et je ne réussis pas à interrompre mon adhésion...je les ai contacté et ils niaisent et me disent qu'ils comprennent que je sois frustrée mais qu'ils ne vont pas me rembourser malgré tout!!! Je n'ai jamais trouvé comment canceller, j'ai eu de la misère à trouver le no de contact donc j'ai énvoyé un courriel et même si ils envoient la façon de le faire, on ne comprend pas....faites très attention à cette entreprise...les avis positifs me semblent louches... Même si ils voient que je n'ai jamais utilisé l'application et que j'ai tenté a quelques reprises de canceller, ils refusent de me créditer.... Ils ont uniquement interrompu mon dernier paiement car j'ai insisté pour qu'on me revienne vite, car j'avais que 5 jours pour canceller et je me souvenait bien que j'avais dejà tenté de canceller par le passé...quelle perte de temps et d'argent! 800 USD À LA PoUBELLLE!!!

I've taken the time today to dig deeper into your issue with our head of customer support, and it seems that your forms contain certain language that triggers our phishing alert system, which then disconnects them. Our phishing alert has to be hyper-sensitive to account for and stop malicious attacks. It's not that you have done anything wrong; it's simply how our system must be set up so we don't leave others unprotected. Again, so sorry for the issues, and best of luck to you and your business. Pros

I like the ease of implementing this into my small business to collect orders online. I needed a way to streamline my cookie orders and POWR makes it easy and simple for both myself and my clients. I am able to collect all of the necessary information I need and I like how I receive email notifications right away once someone submits an order form. It's saved me time and brain space knowing everything is captured in one spot!

Cons

I'd love the option for more questions on the form. I have one of the paid tiers but upgrading to a higher tier doesn't make sense for my small business.

POWR is super simple to use! It is something that I can use daily, or only look into every now and then. It has been a great pop up source for lead gen and is super customizable to any company!

Not with this software, but IG has changed their authenticator software which means we have to update our login token every 30 days. If POWR could roll out a eaiser way to update that would be great!
