Many of my customers are using it and enjoy it. It help me (as dba consultant) to point the problem much quickly. There is also a great feature that display warnings (stalls) that neither the application of the customer sees already but that can indicate a future problem. Just a word, about the customer service: it's great and Vivid is listening to the requests you make to improve it even more.
