Completely and utterly awful. Would recommend a payday lending company over this company. Pros Absolutely nothing. Zero support from the employee or employer side. This feature was added to our Payroll Software and it has been a complete nightmare. Nonresponsive to employees and employer alike. Cons Every single employee that tried PayActiv was overcharged multiple times. Weeks of not getting paid. PayActiv still owes employees money. As the employer we have had to reimburse them to avoid evictions, overdrafts, etc. PayActiv has been contacted numerous times with no resolution. They jsut keep telling us the money should be back in employee's accounts "tomorrow." They've been saying this for weeks. It's also really good to know that it's there incase something comes up financially Cons I don't like that I have to remember to clock in and out on the app because I do end up forgetting and then you can't submit your work hours which have to be approved by the employer. Would like better administrative control for the admin user Pros PayActiv integrated nicely with my payroll from Paychex. They provided early access to earnings for all of my staff. Setup was pretty easy. Cons Administration wasn't the easiest. Most user facing administration (address change, banking changes, password resets, earnings reporting incorrectly) had to be handled by PayActiv which results in many of my staff members being frustrated that I can't help them.
