Pros Quick and easy support of excel import with lots of adresses, when you need to plan your way across a country, when your waypoints are not on the straigt line :) Cons Sometimes one or two adresses cannot be resolved correctly and tool just omits them,but it would be great that UI could provide you a list with unresolved adresses and ask to correct them.
