Pros I have used this to easily and quickly convert video and audio files. It is easy to select files and you can drop in many at once in the queue to be processed at one click of a button. Pros Was plug and play, recognized Nvidia Quadro P4000 right away. Setup was more about preferences. Cons It does what it's supposed to do really well, I have zero complaints! I like that there are so many video and audio file output options. There are also several settings within the presets that can be adjusted to get optimal file size and quality for the exported media file. I also like how this software integrates with Adobe After Effects. I like that I can export my After Effects composition into a mp4 video file format, directly within Adobe After Effects. I also like that it shows you the status and estimated time duration for the media export/conversion of the file. Pros I like the wide range of audio and video export preset options. Cons Sometimes this program fails to load quickly and properly. Sometimes I have to shut it down and restart the program. Pros Convert files to other formats in sequence, in order. Reads timeline from adobe premiere. A multitude of file formats. Cons Often, a compile-time error pops up if there is less disk space than 2 times the size of the output file. And the program does not warn you about it. And one of the thing that my entire team and I appreciated the most was media encoder. The ease of use to the multiple features, customization and option made us very happy. I still have yet to so a relevant competitor. Cons I can't recall anything that I liked the least about this software. It did the job really well.
