They responded within few minutes of contacting them via support@trackingmore.com. - TrackingMore APIs are easy to use and provide accurate date most of the time. Cons \- Sometimes, the status of the tracking number does not match with the actual status of the package as displayed by the carrier. This appears to be syncing problem and was corrected by the team is a reasonable amount of time after being notified. When I compare the development costs to code tracking for all the carriers we service, it's a no brainer that this product is the way to go.
