It automates the entire process; allows you to hide Chinese mentions and Chinese cities for those who do dropshipping; offers the possibility of integrating triggers in Klaviyo to trigger personalized email flows; and the tracking page is super complete and user-friendly for our customers.

Pros

Customer service and support exceed all expectations! A huge thank you to \[sensitive content hidden\]. She guided me through the entire account setup process, including third-party apps.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say. In fact, I have three online stores, and I use TrackingMore for all of them. Without a doubt, one of the best apps to have.

Easy to install, easy to customise. It looks like it will cover all of my needs to keep my customers updated on their delivery journey.

Pros

The customer support! \[sensitive content hidden\] went out of her way to ensure that I was very happy. She did everything she could to keep me as a customer.

Cons

There is quite a high cost between the free and basic plans. There is a bit of a learning curve to understand all of the various options that are available.

Professional, courteous, technically sound. The team will answer most questions immediately on chat, if they need to go check with dev team etc - they follow up reliably and promptly.

Pros

The ease in which I can consolidated tracking data from our multi carrier model into a consistent tracking page and webhook payload. The API is really easy to use and support team are great (\[sensitive content hidden\] has been especially helpful). When I compare the development costs to code tracking for all the carriers we service, it's a no brainer that this product is the way to go.

Cons

Some minor issues with email server quarantining- but that isn't a showstopper compared to the tracking data wins.

Pros

The simplicity of entering and tracking parcels. i also like the API interface, which works simply and quickly. In general, I think the website is very good

some updates could be a little bit faster. (i.e. in the morning in the destination country when packages are in delivery

The entire process was smooth, and I felt supported the whole time. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them.

Pros

I really appreciated the fast and friendly customer service provided by TrackingMore. Their support team was always quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. The platform is also easy to use, reliable, and makes tracking multiple shipments simple and stress-free.

Cons

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. Everything worked smoothly for me. If I had to mention something, it would be that some features require a bit of time to explore fully, but once you understand them, the system becomes extremely efficient and helpful.

Pros

It is very friendly-working app, clear and nearly flawless. Besides, the virtual assistance is very kind and giving me enough information

Cons

I miss the previous version... it was even more clearer, worked better for me. I wish I could swap back to that version

TrackingMore API is the most useful, it allows us to use multiple API requests: create trackings, get result, detect, update API, delete API, retrack API...

Cons

The detect API is not so accurate and we need create trackings with carrier code input to avoid such thing

Running a small online shop by myself is crazy enough without the shipping headaches. Honestly, best money I've spent on my business all year.

Pros

TrackingMore is incredibly easy to use! I was up and running in minutes! The interface is intuitive, and their customer support is always responsive and patient with my questions.

Cons

The branded tracking page needs more customization options. I'd love more control over design elements and layouts to better match my store's unique style.

Pros

I was delighted to connect with \[sensitive content hidden\] for instant support on the chat service. We worked though my questions quickly and this is a big draw for me, as they offer 24 hour support (Other competitors I tried don't offer support on the weekends, which is when I have most time to work on the business). So for me, this is a big bonus.

Cons

So far, one of my suppliers uses a service that can't be tracked but the team are actively working on building a connection with this shipping company so we can use it. I liked the pro-active approach.

It’s functions flawlessly, and I have a specific need for 2 EDD periods, one for when I ship local, and one when international and they are developing that feature for me free! They care and love improvement and feature suggestions.

The airline coverage is extensive. The data is reliable. TM listens to what I have to say.

Cons

Having to pull messages periodically. Would be good if TM can send me updates when there are changes.
