Pros
Legal templates have help me solve and explain many different agreements from tenant 's to vendors to customers with little time.
Easy to use with lots of options and worded to my understanding with the legal point of view taken care of. Fill in the blanks and print very quick.
Easy to use , easy to edit , [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was responsive and helpful with my customer service.

I tried the free-trial and believed I no longer was using. I requested a refund and the customer support was passive aggressive and useless.
I feel the software uses type-face and no state logo forms.
I could download the template and update it without sharing any personal data with the software.
However, the site refused to make the cancellation until the DUE DATE. They charge an enormous fee.

Overall: Great experience
Pros: It was easy and straight forward. Not time consuming and professionally developed. My landlord’s attorney reviewed it as well and was well pleased with it.
Cons: No cons really. It was a great resource
"Makes renting easy"
Overall: We originally started Legal template to get our rental agreement forms but discovered so much more. I recently sold a vehicle and I created my bill of sale on there. They also have a lot of family forms that has helped us out with child support issues.
Pros: They have every document you could imagine. So simple to use. Very professional. From rental agreements to eviction notices they have you covered.

"Turn and Run! These people aren't even based in USA"
Overall: These people have really disappointing customer service and don't seem to be particularly honest. Clearly the"free Trial" is a credit card number collection gimmick and isn't meant to be free. I cancelled immediately after signing up. It took about 15 minutes for me to see that their form totally didn't work in my state. Still got charged $40, plus a FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEE! They could clearly see that I hadn't used the account at all, insisted that I hadn't cancelled, and then harvested $40 from my credit card. Beware, because you can do much better elsewhere, probably with an honest free trial or at least for less money. Insist on using a US entity. These guys are not that!

Overall: I had no problems, i just needed to get a lower price so i could stay with them.
Pros: It very easy to find what you need, Just put in the document you need and there it is,
Cons: The price was a little high for for as little as i use legal forms, But they gave me a great discount,

Overall: Like getting robbed again and again without my knowledge by a lawyer who refuses to even acknowledge his crime.
Pros: Nothing. This company has no sense of business ethics or karma.
Cons: I was charged for over 1 year without my knowledge, with no billing notices, etc. Over $500 was wasted. I didn't log in once. I tried the free-trial and believed I no longer was using. I requested a refund and the customer support was passive aggressive and useless. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Pros: Easy to use and easy to edit , however I was disappointed that a hard copy was not sent to me so I could print it and present it to my potential renter personally, which is a much better way to conduct business.
Cons: The request that Legal Templates email send a completed copy to my potential renter for an E signature , instead giving me the option to receive the the edited version of my lease contract, so I could print it and deliver it to my potential client personally.

Cons: if i had to pick a down fall it would be the cost since i only use it once a month but I'm willing to pay the cost because i don't have to put much effort in writing or research for the different topics i need.
"Legal Templates refused to allow cancellation on their site, until due date was over"
Overall: My due date for cancellation was April 28th. I cancelled on April 26. However, the site refused to make the cancellation until the DUE DATE. They charge an enormous fee.
Pros: Because of some of the difficult language in documents, it wasn't always easy to use.
Cons: Difficult language to review in documents.

Pros: A great product that does not break the bank for small businesses. I can look at a document without having to pay my lawyer to give me a rough draft. I know everything I need in advance.
Cons: I feel the software uses type-face and no state logo forms. I would like the seal of VA on my forms.

Overall: Only used once
Pros: Easy to use and easy to find what I needed
Cons: Big monthly fee at the beginning and was able to reduce but I paid 39.95 twice and didn’t even use it.
