Pros

I was looking for a solution that could help sales teams get more calls and leads and I found this. salesken is a call framework that uses machine learning to analyze call quality and identify areas that need more work. This AI-based solution is a perfect tool for managers and sales leaders looking to build a strong call framework for their teams. And you know the best part? This solution is affordable and easy to use, so you can try it out without spending a fortune!

Cons

All that I was looking for was for my sales team to perform well and for my need to be well met.

The salesken is a perfect tool for any sales team that is looking for an edge to increase productivity. The tool is a mix of artificial intelligence and machine learning that uses a predictive algorithm to track sales calls and conversations. The salesken is always working to improve productivity, which means the more calls that are tracked, the more the AI learns. This means that the more the tool is used, the more productive your team will be.

Pros

Using the Salesken app in our team has helped us be able to set up a call framework while keeping all the call data. With the Salesken app, we are able to learn the tendencies and patterns in conversations that lead to success, and those that do not. By using Salesken, we have seen a decrease in call time spent, increase in sales, and a way to be able to track, review and create a call framework that works.

Cons

The latest version fixed all the complaints we had so none.

Pros

Very helpful tool. We needed a way to organize our customer calls and this was a way to do it. The feedback was very helpful in helping us plan our calls better.

I would ask for more customization with normal & video calls.

Overall feedback is good and helps team not to misuse the system finding loopholes as they know everything is being tracked.

Pros

Activity log feature helping me track individual team members call log so that no one can slack working from home. Call recording feature to Audit and provide feedback of calls and to identify fraud calls.

Cons

Connectivity sometimes drops down but still the downtime is low so its manageable.

The only software that I am using for more than 13 months. I imagine how difficult it would be for me to dial every number on my phone to make a call and my number would also be shared with the customers but all thanks to Salesken that we have to just copy paste customers number to make calls and it provides us a Caller ID that keeps our personal number safe.

Pros

The best part about the software is that it is very easy understand. The interface is very easy to understand and all our personal mobile number is not shared with the customer rather it offers a new number for calling. I also like the feature where it rates our calls and one can easily understand the quality of that call.

Cons

No, as such it doesn't require any new features but yes it would be very beneficial if new updates are happening and some new features can be seen in future.
