Pros

Overall good product, allows you to text, call, or communicate via pictures or videos! Great communication tool. Talk to customers OR employees seamlessly

Cons

At times there we're issues wit h the product server making communication unavailable overall! Otherwise great product!

Pros

The video program is great! It has been such an asset to incorporate sending videos to the customer. The texting option is very easy to use as well!

Cons

Some of the reporting isn't quite correct. When doing the videos, there is a specific process you have to file for it to show up. If the process isn't followed and the video is sent before the Repair Order is written, the report won't count the video.
