Je neemt afscheid van allemaal losse lijstjes (acties, planningen etc.) die je handmatig bij moet houden op verschillende servers. Iso2Handle biedt de mogelijkheid om alle acties, maatregelen, registraties te beheren op één plek. Het bijhouden van deze acties, maatregelen en registraties kunt u gemakkelijk bijhouden en toewijzen aan de juiste gebruikers door het instellen van reminders en notificaties op gebruikersniveau. Daarnaast beschikt het ook nog over een bestandenbibliotheek waarin het volledige documentatiebeheer gewaarborgd kan worden. Cons Het gebruikersbeheer en het instellen van rechten is nu aan de hand van types geregeld. Dit werkt prima, maar het zou fijn zijn als dit in de toekomst naar eigen inzicht in te stellen is. As with many successful products and companies, it is important to keep everything manageable to maintain the service level. The team is expanding and it is pleasant to work with them all. Pros We like the flexibility and availability of the software. The smart architecture ensure that we can help our customers without delay or incurring development costs. Cons The focus has been on optimizing the customer journey of the end user and auditors. This is of course also the first priority of our organization. It would be nice for the partner who builds their own standards and forms when it will be easier and less time consuming to configure and develop standards and forms. De normteksten en de basis teksten voor ons handboek zijn reeds voor ingevuld en daarna makkelijk te wijzigen naar onze eigen invulling. Cons Het is even wennen aan de nieuwe look en feel van een nieuw "programma". Pros The flexibility of the software Costumer service: if a feature isn't available, Iso2handle will make it available. Possibility to sent out automatic notifications Cons The software is flexible and it is efficient, but it is still empty forms to start with. So a lot of filling in to start with. an improvement could be to create norms where the standard items are filled in. Pros Het product is gebruiksvriendelijk en heeft ons geholpen bij het behalen van onze certificeringen en het gecertificeerd blijven. De mogelijkheden om de software binnen de gestelde kaders aan te passen zijn precies wat Prevermo nodig heeft. Cons Het nadeel is dat de moeder-dochter structuur nog niet voldoende ontwikkeld is. Dit wisten wij van tevoren is in die zin dus niet dat we niet geleverd krijgen waar we voor betaalden. Wel is het een wens van Prevermo om dit te verkrijgen. Deze wens wordt binnenkort door ISO2handle gerealiseerd. Daarnaast hadden we wat performance problemen bij het opstellen van grafrieken en of invulvelden wanneer deze datasets erg veel inhoud bevatten. Review Source RR Roosmarie R. Pros The software is ease to use and ease to implantate in our organization. We already were certified and use the programme to help us manage all rules and documents and to stay on top of it.
