Cons The evolution of the software seems to have stalled. Some functionalities (such as out-of-office or read receipts) are not available. It was a step up from Apple Mail, but it eventually became unusable due to a bug that was causing it to freeze. Customer support was terrible and it seemed that some basic suggestions on their online forums were being ignored, so it seems to me that the ongoing development is not very active anymore, which was another sign for me to move away. I switched to Spark. Pros It provides a nice interface and visually helped me to organize my emails since I manage 6 different accounts for my small business. It has helped me become more productive Cons Sometimes the search results would not show up correctly. Before I decided to switch away, it was freezing up on a regular basis on my Macbook. CEO Design Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Airmail is the best email clients for business " November 2, 2022 5.0 Since i started working with airmail, i never looks back, its by far the best email clients on the market, easy affordable and professional, still lake some features and they need to improve customer services. Pros I like how you can see all your emails in one place and you have a lot of customization and functions to filter your emails and put them in folders or categories. I also like the way notifications are shown and how you can customize it. Just to be able to see all your business emails in one place and to be able to respond quickly and see how the teamwork goes is a huge time-saving and productive feature. Cons I don't like the layout and designs, the ones that are provided look similar and are more about the size and colors than a layout, I wish they could have a new style of layout. also i don't like that they switched from one-time sale to monthly or yearly pricing), still worth every penny, but the switch was harsh. PhD student Research Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "A powerful and flexible mail app that works across iOS & MacOS - but documentation is sparse" July 14, 2022 4.0 It is great software that is generally easy to use and powerful. It is only held back by the lack of documentation. Pros The app is a great email client with plenty of useful features that make it ideal for power users. The ability to set different signatures for email aliases (oddly missing in the default iOS mail client) could be a reason to use it by itself, if you you use aliases to separate professional and private correspondence. Its ability to synchronises settings between iOS and MacOS is really useful too. Cons The documentation is very sparse, sometimes to the point of being non-existent. If you have difficulty figuring out how a feature works, or how to solve a problem, it can be hard to find answers online. (There are a couple of subreddits that are likely your best bet for this). This can be annoying if it ends up taking some time to find a solution to what should have been a simple problem.
