Pros
Great at getting all the information I need from a contact and adding them. The sequence automation is helpful.
The pricing is good, the setup is easy, and when support was needed it was quick and excellent.
I like that I'm able to easily personalize my outreach without sounding like all the others companies on Linkedin.
The app does a great job at personalization, targeting segments, and creating lead opportunities.
Cons
Pricing is a little higher than alternatives, which is a bummer.
Opens new sales navigator and LinkedIn pages on its own, I was told this is just how it is and the robot does this but it does interrupt my computer workflow.
Would refresh my LinkedIn page randomly and sometimes I would be typing messages on LinkedIn and dux-soup would refresh my page and everything I said would be lost.
B2B marketing is difficult on the LinkedIn social media platform.

"Dux-Soup helped on my latest campaign"
Overall: It is good, i am having more return than other platforms that we are currently using.
Pros: It is easy to set up, to create and start a campaign, to use on SalesNavigator, for example.
Cons: Sometimes when I just want to visit a LinkedIn profile, it gets the profile and includes automatically on a campaign.

"Literally a Turbo Button for Finding and Engaging Prospects"
Overall: It's ability to mimic human behavior borders on scary good -- watching it run is the new lava lamp :-)
Pros: Its webhook and command queue implementations are incredibly responsive and scalable.
Cons: It would be a killer app for agencies like ours to remotely trigger scans on saved searches in Sales Navigator. Without the scan data we cannot command our clients browser to revisit or engage.

"Not Recommended - Refused to refund or fix to major error caused by platform bug"
Overall: I had used DuxSoup on and off for several years. I decided to upgrade to Pro. I spent hours setting up my drips and prospecting leads into them. Then DuxSoup had a bug which caused multiple leads to be double-enrolled into campaigns simultaneously -- meaning if you're a lead in my list, you'll receive multiple bot-like messages due to being enrolled in multiple campaigns. I brought this error to their attention, and their solution was that I manually review all leads (300+ at this point), and manually unenroll them -- this is a task that would take hours, so I asked them to do it. They refused, so I asked for a refund, which they also refused. Keep in mind, this is an internal software error on their side that has rendered the service entirely useless -- I haven't even enabled the extension since this issue. I have spent a few dozen hours troubleshooting and dealing with DuxSoup customer service -- the cost of my time on this vastly outweights the amount of the subscription, so I can't keep chasing them down to do what's right. But suffice to say: don't work with this company, their product is not stable and they don't have good protocols in place to deal with tech failures. The risk to your reputation is too high to leave it in their hands.
Pros: I like the ability to create multiple drips and move leads between them, unfortunately the software doesn't work efficiently to do that.
Cons: Terrible customer service. Quality of the software is not worth the cost of the product.

"I highly recommend Dux Soup"
Overall: I love dux soup I use every day and allow the automation to work
Pros: The automation of drip campaigns and the follows ups it has helped my business out tremendously and saves me a lot of time.
Cons: I am good with everything other than having to keep the browser up and running

"Good if you use LinkedIn mainly on your phone and want to do prospecting on desktop"
Pros: Dux-soup makes it easy to target prospects on LinkedIn. They have an x-ray tool that allows you to find ideal linkedin profiles on google. Can add multiple people to one campaign.
Cons: It can be a little confusing to use at first. Does have a learning curve. The free trial isn't long enough to get a real feel for the benefits of the software, because the learning curve is so big half of the free trial is spent learning how to use the software. By the time we starting generating some results, our free trial was up. Stats are a little confusing to understand.

"Dux-Soup Inaccessible."
Overall: The overall experience has been significantly hindered by the inability to establish contact with anyone for assistance.
Pros:
Cons: Unable to access Dux-Soup despite multiple attempts to contact their support team for assistance.

"I used to use Dux-Soup - it was OK, but I switched later"
Overall: It was good, however I now refer people to the other platform I found that I like better.
Pros: The pricing is good, the setup is easy, and when support was needed it was quick and excellent.
Cons: There was nothing I did not like, but I did later find a platform I like better, so I switched.

"Is this the king of the segment?"
Pros: I loved the tool from the first glimpse itself, it is easy to start & integrate. Explains the uses & processes clearly. Does the work perfectly as well.
Cons: It slows the system, I got a lot of unresponsive window prompts. As good as it is they need to streamline it.

"Great tool for lead gen on LinkedIn"
Pros: Great at getting all the information I need from a contact and adding them. The sequence automation is helpful.
Cons: Took up a lot of processor bandwidth on my computer and it would often freeze.

"Customer Service is astonishing. "
Pros: Customer Service is astonishing. An executive held a system call with me and it truly put me in a good position and I’m so thankful and dazzled! The capacity to ramp up my LinkedIn Connections and messages through Dux-Soup helps my sales movement enormously. Likewise the capacity to run unlimited campaigns simultaneously means I can hyper scale my lead generation, whilst measuring conversion rates for each campaign to learn which campaigns deliver the best results. The User Interface and User Experience is extremely natural.
Cons: i didn't dislike anything as of now. everything worked great for me.

"Best alternative for OctopusCRM and Lemlist Linkedin features"
Pros: I like that I'm able to easily personalize my outreach without sounding like all the others companies on Linkedin. I'm able to run unlimited campaigns which allows me to quickly iterate our messages and see what works best.
Cons: The Linkedin data imports could always be a bit better but I feel like the blaim is partially on Linkedin which doesn't allow me to always drill down to the most accurate customer segment necessary.

"Good alternative for customize LinkedIn outreach and lead acquisition campaigns"
Overall: B2B marketing is difficult on the LinkedIn social media platform. There were a few good leads where the lifetime value of an acquired customer did justify the cost of the Dux-Soup app. Options for segmentation were very useful. The personalization options were great tools. In the end, Dux-Soup was cost prohibitive for small to mid sized businesses. With a comparably high cost for LinkedIn ads and lower return on ad spend per lead (compared to Google or Facebook), we opted out of our use of Dux-Soup after a year.
Pros: Dux-Soup is one of the few automated marketing apps that function well within the LinkedIn social media platform. The app does a great job at personalization, targeting segments, and creating lead opportunities.
Cons: The cost of Dux-Soup and inherently the cost of LinkedIn marketing in general made our use of the app a very short run. Lead acquisition was not at a rate that met expectations. The almost spam like approach was not appreciated by all LinkedIn users.
"Easy to Use Add on for your Business"
Pros: Very easy to use with a click of a button
Cons: Sometimes wasn't sure where to find certain settings but got the hang of it quickly

"Powerful tool, really ups the game"
Pros: Apart from functionality, the learning resources
Cons: Pricing is a little higher than alternatives, which is a bummer

"Dux-Soup had a huge impact on my pipeline -and my time!"
Overall: I can let Dux-Soup do my LinkedIn lead generation for me - it was too time consuming before. The awareness of our business is really growing daily.
Pros: The time saving, and also the ability to keep track of all my LinkedIn leads so I can respond to the best leads in person.
Cons: Nothing yet as of now. The product is really nice.
