Pros AutoDS takes care of the stock availability and product pricing change on the supplier's site which is very important to me. Saves me a ton of time and effort in monitoring when i have a few hundred products. Cons Occasionally, AutoDS can't process orders automatically due to certain issues and i have to manually re-activate the auto order. Morally bankrupt " May 16, 2026 1.0 Intended to cancel my subscription realised I would then have to essentially delete my account. Spoke to support and they agreed to freeze my account so I could still log in. Found out months later I had been getting drained a monthly subscription fee - all emails that could have informed me went straight to my spam. When raising it with support they said I was essentially too slow to let them know and they would not refund me from many months of payments despite the fact that I never logged into the platform even once since my correspondence where I felt I paused my subscriptions Pros Quick set up, very easy to get started and works well with Shopify. Although truth be told, I didn’t see the value hence not wanting to continue beyond the trial. Cons Very shady subscription practices. While the platform's basic features are beneficial, these serious flaws have impacted my business negatively, including unfulfilled orders and lost revenue. Despite numerous attempts to address these issues with customer support, the responses are largely templated and fail to offer real solutions. AutoDS compensated me for unrelated issues over a year ago and once before that, but recent efforts to get proper resolution or compensation for ongoing issues have been met with refusal. It feels like customer concerns are not genuinely valued. Pros AutoDS offers a user-friendly interface with a decent range of features for managing dropshipping activities. The automation tools for listing products and syncing stock initially seemed promising and helpful for scaling an e-commerce business. Cons The stock and price monitoring service is unreliable. Despite AutoDS's claims of monitoring updates multiple times per day, there are significant discrepancies where items show as in stock on AutoDS but are out of stock or differently priced at the supplier. This has led to numerous unfulfillable orders and financial losses. Customer service responses are repetitive, templated, and not solution-oriented, even after extensive communication (over 90 emails related to one issue). November 29, 2024 1.0 One of the worst. Once I joined the platform, I've been asked be the platform to leave a 5 star review in order to get back a small discount on the first month if I'm not mistaken. Though working with it, I can assure you it did cost me more by the end of the day as of its structure. When I asked the way to disable/delete my account I have been offered by Angelos (the only one who really helped me with my issues and gave me real solutions) 15% discount on my monthly fees for the next three months which I even paid more. I'm very disappointed with this platform. I mean, tell me a worthy platform/company who offers you a discount not to leave. None of the excellent ones offer you something like this because they know their value... Pros It has some cool features though not all of them are working okay. Cons There are people for service though the answers they give are not helping at all. The platform has been created to automate orders though most of the times something is wrong and you have to go through it manually. The monthly fee is too expensive. Many times the platform is down and it crashes all over and you cannot work properly.
