However, after importing just 65 products, I received an error stating that I had exceeded my subscription limit due to product variants. Upon reaching out to customer support, I was informed that my plan only allows up to 400 product variants, not 400 individual products. This distinction was not clearly communicated at signup page, and the wording is misleading. "400 Products" strongly implies the ability to list 400 products, yet the actual limitation on variations makes that number significantly smaller. For sellers making business decisions based on these details, such unclear phrasing creates unnecessary confusion and frustration. Because of this, I’m considering using the same service I currently use for my other eBay stores, despite the downside of manual ordering. I urge AutoDS to clarify its plan descriptions so sellers fully understand the limitations upfront. While it claims to include 400 products import, it actually counts product variants separately. For example, a t-shirt with five colors and five sizes is counted as 25 individual variants instead of a single product. As a result, if each item has 25 variants, the plan only allows for 16 unique product listings—far fewer than expected. Spoke to support and they agreed to freeze my account so I could still log in. A little overwhelming and a lot of reading. Pros The customer service provided was great. I use their Chat tool and the agent on the other side was very patient and responded to all my questions. Furthermore she went the extramile and provide images, and links, and provided the explanation and support I needed. GREAT JOB, GUYS! Cons The tools has a couple o glitches that it did not allow me to change the price of the sourced product which is capture automatically when passing the information from the side. When set higher than the real price, it does not allow you to list the product. I learned that you can increase the potential loses when setting the order prices. which is workaround mechanism but not perfect. They should have and override button that allows you to correct the number passed to the system. Also something that I did not like was the price of the automation feature.. If you want to use automation, you have to pay 5% of your sales... which is horrible. Imaging if you make a $100 sale to earn $10 , you will need to paid 5% of your sale, that means $5 dollar... That is crazy! Now if the 5% is on the profit...then it would be 5% of $10 that is $0.50 which it will be ok. But 5% of the sale is crazy and big NO NO.. I thing this policy must be revised. They should know that other software companies offer the same automation for free. Can anyone confirm if I understood it correcly? So I guest that I will use the manual approach. I paid over $800 and I am still struggling in many things. 1. It is not importing all product I add in AutoDS to Amazon. it imports some it doesn't some. I have contacted customer service twice, and they kept telling me they are working on it. No solution yet. 2. If you pay over $800 billed annually, they said it will be fully automated, but for every order I have to put the customer information and address. Otherwise it will keep showing an error. 3. If you use Ali express for dropshipping, in many cases the price you see on AliExpress may not be the same after you import the product. 4. The live chat support is not live most of the time. If you need an urgent support, there is no way you can get it. After charging you a lot of money having this poor customer service is unfair. In general this software is a way below my expectation. I don't think they deliver their promises at all. Pros I can use it to dropship in Amazon, supposed to work properly but not, Cons Product research is laughable. I am currently only using their ebay plan, but soon I will also be starting with FB Marketplace as well. Pros Automation from multiple suppliers. Chat support is fantastic and they are usually very knowledgeable, Rizza rocks and has helped me out quite a few times. Cons If I have any complaints it would only be that for a time auto ordering was not working properly and the support ticketing system often automatically sent emails stating that the support request was closed before I got a response to the issue. Honestly the ticketing system itself needs to be completely overhauled, use a different ticketing solution. However, AutoDS as a platform is awesome. For me their chat support is greatly preferred. However, the auto-fulfillment feature can be somewhat challenging to set up and unfortunately, it never worked effectively for me. Pros Auto DS is very user-friendly and offers numerous useful features for dropshippers. I found its bulk import functionality to be particularly valuable. This feature performed exceptionally well and saved me a lot of time when importing products to my store. It enables you to effortlessly import products from platforms like Aliexpress and make necessary edits within Auto DS before publishing, such as modifying the product title, description, and replacing images. Cons Unfortunately, I was unable to set up the auto-fulfillment feature as expected. They provide two methods for fulfilling orders: one involves utilizing your existing supplier account (in my case, Aliexpress), while the other relies on their own account for placing orders. I attempted to connect my personal Aliexpress account; however, the orders were not being fulfilled as anticipated. Their support team was very responsive and tried to help but the issue was not resolved. Furthermore, I've noticed that you have deducted a subscription fee without my prior consent, which I find unacceptable. I had hoped for a better experience and I'm deeply disappointed by this lack of transparency. I hope you'll find a quick solution to these problems, otherwise, I won't hesitate to share my unsatisfactory experience.
