I tried their service for one simple month in July 2025, subscribed only to the small monthly plan, then paused my account. Months later, when I logged in to cancel it completely, I discovered that they had withdrawn an outrageous amount of 248.70 USD—for an annual plan I never accepted. I was shocked and disgusted. I immediately canceled my account to avoid more charges, and now I can’t even log in to discuss the issue with them. This situation feels dishonest, stressful, and extremely frustrating. I need this money back urgently. I never authorized such a payment. Pros Honestly, the only positive point was the idea of the service itself. The concept looked simple and useful when I tried dropshipping for one month back in July 2025. That’s it. Cons Absolutely everything else. They charged me a huge annual fee I NEVER agreed to, even though my subscription was paused, and I had only subscribed to the smallest monthly plan. They withdrew 248.70 USD without my consent, without warning, and without any way to contact real support. And after I canceled my account out of fear of being charged again, I couldn’t access it anymore—making it impossible to resolve the issue. Once I joined the platform, I've been asked be the platform to leave a 5 star review in order to get back a small discount on the first month if I'm not mistaken. Though working with it, I can assure you it did cost me more by the end of the day as of its structure. When I asked the way to disable/delete my account I have been offered by Angelos (the only one who really helped me with my issues and gave me real solutions) 15% discount on my monthly fees for the next three months which I even paid more. I'm very disappointed with this platform. I mean, tell me a worthy platform/company who offers you a discount not to leave. None of the excellent ones offer you something like this because they know their value... Pros It has some cool features though not all of them are working okay. Cons There are people for service though the answers they give are not helping at all. The platform has been created to automate orders though most of the times something is wrong and you have to go through it manually. The monthly fee is too expensive. Many times the platform is down and it crashes all over and you cannot work properly. Setting up your account to make the payments automatically it finds much more expensive items and you gain less commission. Totally NOT recommended at allllllll!!! I cancelled my account and thought that was it. But after few months, I saw that they had started to debit my card for no use of their services. When I contacted them they plainly refused to help or refund me because they claimed I had active account. When I showed them my evidence they promised to review but never refunded any money. And still keep taking money. I have to lodge formal complaint against this scam company with bank and fraud agencies. Run miles from these scammers. Pros Nothing . They claim big but nothing works. Automation is the worst and that’s the entire purpose to Join Cons Grabbing money, misleading, hard to cancel your subscription. Autods only cares about how much money they can make off of you. Pros Easy to list products with little effort. Cons Ruined my seller score by not updating inventory as was supposed to be designed to do costing me hundreds of dollars per sale. This platform is setup as a cash grab for their company. Didn't carry anything I needed and from the looks of reviews they steal form anyone who comes across their website. I signed up for the lowest free trial plan. Every time I went to do something a box popped up asking me to upgrade to the next plan- I mean it was after every click. So, I did it and it charged me for the upgraded plan (during a free trial) Never once did it say upgrading would cancel the free trial. They did refund me after treating me like it was a favor and kept $58 saying it was policy to keep some of the refund. I feel stolen from and like I was tricked into upgrading just so they could pocket some cash from me. I have sent in a complaint to BBB. Cons They steal money from people. Pros The customer service provided was great. I use their Chat tool and the agent on the other side was very patient and responded to all my questions. Furthermore she went the extramile and provide images, and links, and provided the explanation and support I needed. GREAT JOB, GUYS! Cons The tools has a couple o glitches that it did not allow me to change the price of the sourced product which is capture automatically when passing the information from the side. When set higher than the real price, it does not allow you to list the product. I learned that you can increase the potential loses when setting the order prices. which is workaround mechanism but not perfect. They should have and override button that allows you to correct the number passed to the system. Also something that I did not like was the price of the automation feature.. If you want to use automation, you have to pay 5% of your sales... which is horrible. Imaging if you make a $100 sale to earn $10 , you will need to paid 5% of your sale, that means $5 dollar... That is crazy! Now if the 5% is on the profit...then it would be 5% of $10 that is $0.50 which it will be ok. But 5% of the sale is crazy and big NO NO.. I thing this policy must be revised. They should know that other software companies offer the same automation for free. Can anyone confirm if I understood it correcly? So I guest that I will use the manual approach. Freelance Online Media Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Free Trial $1 turned to $800+ in annual fees" August 16, 2024 1.0 Being a naive tiktok watcher I decided to check out dropshipping as a second income. After signing up for the free trial I felt confident to look around to see what was offered, following the instructions of a guide to make sure i was setting everything up right for my dropshipping store tk be created. The only email i received for my subscription to their services was the free trial. So when paypal started showing charges for annual subscriptions totalling over $800 CAD. I panicked and scrambled to take everything down as fast as I could. I contacted everyone. AutoDS and paypal to try to get the charges cancelled or refunded for something I never wanted. All thw while still only having an agreement in my possession of the free trial. Because i contacted everyone, AutoDS could only refund one transaction, minus 15%. Losing me about $70 CAD with one charge. While paypal closed the case after I could not provide the agreement for the other, since I only had the free trial agreement. $520 CAD, from one charge, I am having to pay for something I did not end up using at all. AutoDS is refusing to help me get anything from it back, since I cannot provide paypal with an agreement. I would strongly suggest to anyone thinking about trying AutoDS to not connect anything to it. A few hours and you could be out $800+ with no way to help yourself out of it. And the saddest thing, is begging a company to do the same as they did with the other charge and take 15%. 15% is more than one month, when it was merely hours, before running as far away from their site as I could. I feel scammed. Pros Never got the chance to use it long enough before being charged obscene amounts for annual charges with no notification of the change in my plan.
