Don't be fooled by their flashy YouTube videos showcasing the supposed beauty of their software—it's all smoke and mirrors. AutoDS wasn't created to benefit you; it was designed to line the pockets of its greedy creators. Thinking of using AutoDS with eBay? Think again. Prepare for your eBay account to be flagged faster than you can say "scam." Say goodbye to smooth sailing because you'll constantly battle issues like failed image uploads and botched product descriptions. If you cherish your eBay account, steer clear of our so-called "ideas." And let's not forget about their shady tactics on Trustpilot. They resort to hacking the system by inundating it with fake 5-star reviews, all while juggling multiple accounts. Cons Personally I found difficult to adjust the fees and additional profit sections, I think it needs a bit more explanation what it exactly is. But after it broke, it was not even able to be used. Cons The absolute worst service imaginable. Firstly the connection randomly stopped from eBay, all my products removed and orders can’t be fulfilled. Ending up having to refund a heap of orders. Their support is useless, they DO NOT CARE. It’s been 2 weeks for them to ‘fix’ the issue and yet it’s still not fixed. All I get is “wait a little longer”. They then just ignore you. Or palm the issues off and say “we’ve escalated it for you”. How many times do you need to escalate it? Ridiculous. Use a different software with capable developers and support team. I paid over $800 and I am still struggling in many things. 1. It is not importing all product I add in AutoDS to Amazon. it imports some it doesn't some. I have contacted customer service twice, and they kept telling me they are working on it. No solution yet. 2. If you pay over $800 billed annually, they said it will be fully automated, but for every order I have to put the customer information and address. Otherwise it will keep showing an error. 3. If you use Ali express for dropshipping, in many cases the price you see on AliExpress may not be the same after you import the product. 4. The live chat support is not live most of the time. If you need an urgent support, there is no way you can get it. After charging you a lot of money having this poor customer service is unfair. In general this software is a way below my expectation. I don't think they deliver their promises at all. Pros I can use it to dropship in Amazon, supposed to work properly but not, Cons Product research is laughable. Cons Sometimes the order processor fails and there are some issues with the software regarding updating tracking and confirming orders. Sometimes it shows "ordered" for the status and took forever to ship even though it got delivered already. Sometimes I will find out that the order got cancelled already once I asked for support to investigate, resulting to late shipping.
