Spoke to support and they agreed to freeze my account so I could still log in. Found out months later I had been getting drained a monthly subscription fee - all emails that could have informed me went straight to my spam. When raising it with support they said I was essentially too slow to let them know and they would not refund me from many months of payments despite the fact that I never logged into the platform even once since my correspondence where I felt I paused my subscriptions Pros Quick set up, very easy to get started and works well with Shopify. Although truth be told, I didnโ€™t see the value hence not wanting to continue beyond the trial. Cons Very shady subscription practices.
