When raising it with support they said I was essentially too slow to let them know and they would not refund me from many months of payments despite the fact that I never logged into the platform even once since my correspondence where I felt I paused my subscriptions Pros Quick set up, very easy to get started and works well with Shopify. Although truth be told, I didn’t see the value hence not wanting to continue beyond the trial. Cons Very shady subscription practices.
