IT LOOKED GREAT WHEN I FIRST SIGNED UP AND THEN i FOUND OUT THE COMPANY SUCKS

It seemed like a great program until I started to use it

Cons

There statistics were completly wrong. I sent out over 5K emaiils and it said I had no bounces. I had numerrous questions with the company and sent them 7 emails asking for help and to address my concerns. I didn't get not even one answer. They NEVER answered my emails. Extremely bad customer service or I should say NO customer service and there stats were all wrong

The alert system ensures that unexpected issues are almost a rarity. Its analytics are not only comprehensive but also insightful, and it provides a clear understanding of the entire sending process. This clarity facilitates timely and effective decision-making and improves our overall email strategy.

Cons

A minor gripe I have is the absence of a dark mode toggle for the dashboard. It may sound like a nuance, and more of a personal preference, but considering the extended hours developers like myself spend on dashboards, this feature would be a welcome addition.

When we first found Mailtrap, we thought the integration would be a hassle and require a lot of dev resources. However, it turned out to be super easy. And since sending our first email, we’ve never had any deliverability issues.

Pros

The platform offers scalable email services which is a must-have feature for growing projects. The analytics feature is spot-on - it has user-friendly dashboards that makes it easy for us to track the performance of our emails.

Cons

Nothing much really. It would be nice to have an email builder and not have to code the transactional email templates.

Mailtrap has simplified email testing, sending, and monitoring. Having everything centralized has tremendously improved our efficiency.

Pros

High deliverability ensures our messages reach the intended recipients. We’re on their SMTP, but are working on integrating with API since we need more automations.

Cons

The analytics interface could be slightly more intuitive, but it's a minor gripe.

Mailtrap's analytics gives me the capability to spot and address email delivery issues quickly. From my developer's lens, this SMTP service is spot on, especially in-depth analytics. Getting started was fast, and in no time, I got a clear understanding of the sending dynamics.

Pros

Delivers as expected. The setup process is quite smooth, and the required user information is minimal, even though the platform incorporates essential security measures. Additionally, the speed of email delivery is impressively fast.

Cons

The only downside I've noticed is that users on lower-tier plans don't get access to the inbox email address. It would be nice to have that feature available to everyone.

Pros

We've been relying on Mailtrap for some time, primarily to test my emails, and we must say it's consistently been reliable. What caught our interest recently was their email-sending solution. Instead of jumping between platforms, having everything bundled into one space has made our workflow much smoother.

Cons

The speed at which emails were being sent out was a bit slower than we initially expected. We later realized that it was due to the need to verify the domains.

Pros

I liked how it made going through multiple emails easy by selecting those relevamt and most important first. As well as the personalised notifications and spam management.

Cons

Sometimes in the notifications it would include some unnecessary emails hence loading my notifications.

Cons
