I sent out over 5K emaiils and it said I had no bounces. I had numerrous questions with the company and sent them 7 emails asking for help and to address my concerns. I didn't get not even one answer. They NEVER answered my emails. The analytics feature is spot-on - it has user-friendly dashboards that makes it easy for us to track the performance of our emails. Cons Nothing much really. It would be nice to have an email builder and not have to code the transactional email templates.
