Mailspring Reviews
"Fantastic Email Client"
Overall: I never liked using a Desktop email platform until I found MailSpring. MailSpring is a joy to use, and now I cannot imagine myself not using it in my daily life.
Pros: It’s very easy to set up MailSpring with my many email accounts, including Gmail. The UI/UX of MailSpring is fantastic. I like that I have the option to track when a person opens an email I send.
Cons: There’s occasional syncing issues where emails I try to trash reappear in my inbox as unread emails. It’s annoying when that happens.
"Mailspring: Best for daily-mail"
Pros: Mailspring has a lot of amazing features, it allows tracking sent emails and get notified when the recipient opens the mail and whether he clicked a link you shared in the email. In addition, it allows users to schedule an email to be sent at a given time specified by the user. It has many interfaces to fit the user's preference. One thing else to add, it gives the users a chance to cancel the sending of an email by setting a timer in case he forgot something. A very good notification if the email a user is sending lacks an attachment meanwhile the word attached was mentioned, same applies for the name of people after Dear.
Cons: One of the worst things is their customer service, they never reply! I had a problem before that in my outgoing folder, I have too many copies of every email I send, which is equal to the number of added people in the carbon copy. It also lags sometimes and takes so long to open.
"Non-existent customer service"
Overall: Good software. Stay on the free plan.
Pros: Nice design and functionality. Cross-platform (linux) is nice.
Cons: Customer service is the worst. They do not respond to repeated requests regarding dual charges on our CC. We reached out to them repeatedly and zero response. It's unfortunate.
