Love the product it does exactly what it says but does have a bit of customer service

Pros

i love the chatroom and all its features.

Cons

wish it had a few more features like video chat and was WordPress compatible . most of all i wish they had CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! 3 emails to the contact us page and still nothing back from them and i am a paid in full member check to be sure completely that this CBox product is compatible with your needs cause this company doesn't seem to do refunds or to even talk to their customers GOOD LUCK
