They have some great functions, excellent customer service and are willing to listen to feedback to make changes to make it an even better platform for all to use. Pros \-The ability to create different positions to suit all of our different teams and add and change as needed. -Seeing the information broken down into each site as well as being able to see it across a whole project has been invaluable. -The tech's themselves being able to upload their documents. -Any time I've had to reach out to the support teams at MyPass they have always been exceptionally helpful, which has really made my experience with MyPass a very positive one. It makes uploading certificates and tracking progress much easier, and I appreciate the clear visibility of required inductions, which helps me ensure everyone stays compliant. The customer service is excellent, they respond quickly, notify me if any certificates are rejected/amended, and provide helpful recommendations. Pros What I like about MyPass is that it makes it easier for us to upload personnel certificates and track their progress. It also allows us to quickly check which requirements or inductions they need to complete, helping to ensure compliance and streamline the overall onboarding process. Cons What I like least is that sometimes the verifier provides conflicting comments when verifying the certificates. However, I understand their point, as they also want to ensure that the documents are genuine and meet the required standards. It was easy to view what was due and required Pros I did find it tricky to navigate at first, was a bit lost. But I found the support I had with \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me alot. Once I understood the system I found it simple to view what I still needed to supply and what was required. Cons Being the client and also being the worker it was confusing having to request myself as the worker and then accept the job ect. Setting that up initailly was a head ache and then to sign i making sure i was signing in as the worker or the client. It’s a convenient platform for managing compliance, credentials, and job readiness all in one place. Pros MyPass Global makes it easy to manage and share my qualifications, tickets, and compliance documents in one place. Cons At times, the platform can feel a bit clunky when uploading documents or navigating between sections. There can also be delays in document verification, which can hold up compliance processes. Multiple projects for the same client can cause confusion. Upto 48 hours approval after proposing candidate is not helpful. We need to also book flights and helicopter to offshore platforms. This is all dependant on the approval timeframe. We have lost seats while we were waiting for the approval previously. Very frustrating. The customer service team are always friendly and quick to respond to enquiries. Pros The MyPass platform is very user friendly, making it easy to add new employees, add qualifications and enroll in training courses. The Overview tab makes it easy to see training compliance at a glance. Cons Minor issue is the system refreshes about 1 to 2 minutes after logging in. I don't have anything else to note here. When I had an issue with a specific client's requirements changing, he was super helpful and the team understood the issue and was very good at trying to find a solution Cons The regulations regarding Verification of certificates, specifically the nursing renewal. They do not accept the online check which does show that the nurses are registered and that they are allowed to practice. We don't have a lot of employees so I don't use it everyday, maybe once every 2 to 3 weeks or longer. But when I am on it, I find it quite easy to upload certs etc. 100% better when I had a support person to help for new information that was needed as described above. Pros Having the drop down menu for Unit Standards when uploading certificates. Being able to see all the employees on one page and I have used it to download copy employee certificates that I was unable to find in our company database. Having Dennell as a support person when I was updating the OMV personnel. I would've had trouble if she was not there to help and support me. Cons The invitation process (I always have to look at my notes!) I am unsure on how to edit the resource pools or even if this can be done. Not too good on how to interpret the matrices either!
