Generally mixed but good - recently MyPass has had a strong focus on improving their product, so while it is still immature, they are very receptive to client feedback and prompt to prioritise building new features by request.

Pros

MyPass delivers what's written on the tin - certificate and licence verification that integrates to internal LMS systems.

Cons

Platform can be immature, with sub-par user experience requiring significant hand holding for new end users, lacking reporting capability or missing simple functionality.

Bad Experience with the customer support

Pros

Product was quite easy to use, and portal was user friendly

Cons

Customer Support was almost none existence as we only can contact via email but it keeps dragging on whilst the problem itself should be 5 minute job as it was only to increase subscription.

Good, but there are several issues that we needed to implement for our own use

Pros

The ease of use. It is more time efficient and the way that we've had it set up for our own use, it now offers visibility.

Cons

It isn't user friendly for our external stakeholders
