Pros I have used mail.com for the business email commitments, cloud storage and document sharing. It has allowed me to run in test environment and working with Dev team on various alterations. Cons Mail.com tends to be more exposed to spam emails and GDPR is not being followed properly. There is no enhanced filtering to filter out irrelevant emails. Pros Mail.com seems no-frills at first blush but when you get into it you find it has an offfice suite, template builder, alias addresses, avatar, cloud storage and more. It has a folder option which allows you to organize your documents accordingly plus helpful blogs concerning email etiquette and suuggestions on email security. Not to mention a premium plan. All in all there is much more to mail.com than just mail.com. Cons There is a recurring difficulty with login; twice a year or 18 months, my password suddenly is invalid and the recovery process is more difficult than it should be. And the email home page is formatted unlike the standard emails (Outlook, Gmail e,g,) so locating options like Delete and Move To can be disconcerting if you do not use it frequently. Some features are basic - the font options, uploading images - so it is not for stylish mailers. Hopefully they can upgrade this service in the future. Pros I like that this software is available in case you need another email and have used all the other main email softwares because that was my case. Cons I like this app at first and it's overall existence until I went to log in to check my emails one day and it told me that my account had suspicious activity and it was closed .
