With the ability to connect multiple phones for it to ring to I can have my assistant pick up when I cant. I also like the multiple voicemails I can create and switch at my leisure. I have utilized the hangouts feature but it seems like it would be really easy to use and man people have a google account. Pros I love that I can text and call from both my computer and my phone app. I am on the computer a lot so it makes it easier to just chat with everyone. Cons I want to be able to select what my name is that pulls up for people I call. Google Voice has been super helpful in providing me the ability to text/call without giving my personal phone number, and when I am done for the day, I can simply make sure that I do not receive any additional calls (or check additional text messages). Pros The ability to make phone calls/texts with your own phone (or on the web browser) without giving clients your personal phone number. Also love the integration between the mobile applications and the web browser on computers. Cons I have little, if anything to dislike about Google Voice and I highly recommend it. If anything, I would say that some participants complained that they have to give their name to an automated machine prior to the call being transferred. I haven't had that complain in a long time so I am not sure if they've removed that feature. Very easy to navigate and the transcribed voicemails are helpful! Cons Sometimes the voicemails do not transcribe well at all, so reading the transcription isn't very helpful. Can always listen to the voicemails, but if trying to quickly look at a message while in a meeting or other scenario where you can't listen immediately, they aren't always helpful.
