Send directly to voicemail. This is a great way to weed out nuisance callers. Cons As with all Google services, Google can use your personal information in ways that you may not agree with. The main asset is flexibility. When customers are unable to contact us on the phone, they can SMS us because Google Voice offers free text messaging. Having the ability to use several devices allows you to sync all of your data and contact them from any of your devices. Cons Because Google Voice calls sometimes don't seem to ring long enough to reach voicemail, I believe they are simple to miss. Pros It is very useful to have Google Voice as an additional phone number for your business and forwarding calls to your phone, but it has some downfalls. I love only getting emails with the transcribed voicemails and not having to listen to them. Cons I love the functionality, but hate the constant spam calls and spam voice mails. It saves me from handing out my actual cell number and gives me more options for taking and screening calls.
