Text and voice messages can be received as an email. Checking emails is sometimes easier for me during the work day. Cons Voicemail transcripts aren't always 100% accurate but it's accurate enough to get the gist of it. Occasionally, I get a message that a voicemail can't be transcribed even though it sounds clear enough. The international call feature isn't very intuitive. Review Source VD Vinoth D. Pros Google Voice is helpful because some of our clients don't use Teams or Zoom, so this gives us a way to have meetings with them. Cons It's not very easy to integrate an Outlook calendar into Google Voice, and we generally can't see the calendars of the people we are calling with it unless they share their calendar with us. I simply say what I want to write, and the program handles the rest. I'm fascinated with how precise or receptive it is when it comes to word recognition. It translates the majority of what I want to say into written form for the most part. Pros It helps integrating the phone number with the Google voice and make International calls with WIFI network at very affordable price. Call audio quality is great as well. Cons One of the problems with it is echoing between the calls, sometimes I hear myself which is annoying. Also the speed of conversation should be slow and two people can't talk at the same time. Been so disappointed, I called customer service and after placing me on hold several times and transfering many others ones, they finally told me they didn't believe it was happening even when I sent copies of their ridiculous charges. Playing "ping pong" with their customers is their way to brush you off. Pros There is no Pros - I thought it was a good value but .... Cons when you realize when exactly Google Voice starts counting the minutes and how many wrong connections you get through knowing that it was dialed properly, it is not worthy. They make up their prices by misleading you and expect nobody will check them up. Creepy Service.
