Our overall experience with Spoke has been very positive. The platform is intuitive, fast to learn, and reliable for our daily operations. It has helped our team stay organized, optimize routes efficiently, and maintain much better visibility of our pilots throughout the day. The real‑time tracking and dynamic ETAs have made a noticeable difference in how we plan and execute deliveries. Our drivers (pilots) also adapted quickly to the app, which is a big win for us. They find it easy to follow routes, update progress, and capture proof of delivery. On the dispatch side, having everything centralized in one dashboard makes the workflow smoother and reduces errors. While we would love to see improvements such as WhatsApp integration and the ability to set different communication preferences per client, Spoke overall has been a great tool that genuinely elevates our logistics operation. We appreciate the consistency, the simplicity, and how much time it saves us every single day.

Pros

What we like most about Spoke is how simple and intuitive the platform is for both our dispatch team and our pilots. Creating and optimizing routes takes just one click, and the system updates dynamic ETAs and real‑time tracking, which keeps our operation organized and efficient every day. We also value the driver app, which is extremely easy for our team to use on the road, with seamless navigation and access to delivery details, photos, and proof of delivery. Overall, Spoke saves us time, reduces errors, and helps us deliver a more professional and reliable service to our customers

Cons

What we like least about Spoke is that there is no native integration with WhatsApp, which is essential for last‑mile communication in our market. We also miss the ability to set different communication settings per client, since some customers need SMS, others email, and others WhatsApp‑style messaging. These two limitations make it harder to fully tailor the delivery experience to the preferences of each client segment.

Overall, my experience with Spoke has been good. It’s really helped me within my business creating routes for my teams.

Pros

What I like most about Spoke is it’s a software where we could organize all our daily routes and stops in a day for our team to easily navigate for the fastest and most efficient route possible. It was easy to use and very user friendly. Max 10 stops for free version.

Cons

What I like, least about Spoke is the inability to customize it further for routes for external factors, including weather and traffic to more internal things like priority, sequencing, and duration at each stops

we use Spoke (circuit) since year and the app is the best we ever used for route optimization. By adding stopps manual to each route and by having a full overview to each driver in livetime we can save time.

Pros

Smart functions and easy in use. Saves time. All drivers can optimize their route and the dispatcher knows the process pf each route. Also the history of the routes helps to solve problems at last mile.

Cons

sometimes geo-data fail drives you to wrong location but happens under 1%. this may only be a local problem.

Overall my experience with Circuit has been okay but a little disappointing. I love the ease of adding stops to a route but don't like that the app seems 'cheap' for such a 'higher' price.

Pros

What I like most about Circuit is that I can add stops by voice or scan and the app automatically optimizes my route so backtracking is minimized.

Cons

What I like least about Circuit is that the route optimization can sometimes (but not all the time) miss nearby stops.

Pros

It is really reliable, easy to use regarding admin and drivers. Also user friendly in terms of our end customers and customer service is great.

Cons

I think driver tracking from customer point of view can be done better. Something like live tracking, like waiting for a taxi. ETA times differ and are fixed so sometimes drivers are faster/slower and customers do not get the right info.

Absolutely love circuit, it made a huge difference for our deliveries. We take the orders via our website then import them into circuit and boom it builds the route, and tells our customers when to expect us. I love the fact that our customers can send us an in flight message and this has been really handy when they have had to unexpected go out and want to leave us instructions. Circuit has saved us so much time and enabled us to provide a very professional delivery notification service. Love it!

Pros

Great for route planning and keeping our customers in the loop.

Cons

Nothing really, would love a your next notifcation for the customer

Overall okay. I can't say I'm happy with it. I'm satisfied for now. Howver if tomorrow I'll have a better alternative - we will switch. It's also the reason why we never added it to other vehicles & locations.

Pros

I like the platform overall. It's never buggy, and drivers seem to get along with it. However on the route management side - the story is completely different

Cons

Some simple features are still missing (see me points). In addition your routing algorithm requires more features. You have to understand that not everyone who uses your software runs a amazon/ UPS style package delivery route. For some logistical company's it is highly important to serve a specific delivery at an exact time. However the algorithm literally choose this for you based on the route (i.e - I need to deliver package A at a 10am, when pressing the "optimize" the algorithm might decide on a allocating the delivery window to 2pm...)

Pros

I adore this platform. It's so easy to use both in build out and in user experience. But my favorite part is the customer service. I know I can bring any questions related to our virtual tour to our rep, \[sensitive content hidden\] , and that we'll get a quick and helpful response!

Cons

We haven't had any barriers or issues with Circuit while creating our virtual tours.
