"The Best Routing Experience We’ve Had So Far"

**Overall:** Our overall experience with Spoke has been very positive. The platform is intuitive, fast to learn, and reliable for our daily operations. It has helped our team stay organized, optimize routes efficiently, and maintain much better visibility of our pilots throughout the day. The real‑time tracking and dynamic ETAs have made a noticeable difference in how we plan and execute deliveries. Our drivers (pilots) also adapted quickly to the app, which is a big win for us. They find it easy to follow routes, update progress, and capture proof of delivery. On the dispatch side, having everything centralized in one dashboard makes the workflow smoother and reduces errors. While we would love to see improvements such as WhatsApp integration and the ability to set different communication preferences per client, Spoke overall has been a great tool that genuinely elevates our logistics operation. We appreciate the consistency, the simplicity, and how much time it saves us every single day.

**Pros:** What we like most about Spoke is how simple and intuitive the platform is for both our dispatch team and our pilots. Creating and optimizing routes takes just one click, and the system updates dynamic ETAs and real‑time tracking, which keeps our operation organized and efficient every day. We also value the driver app, which is extremely easy for our team to use on the road, with seamless navigation and access to delivery details, photos, and proof of delivery. Overall, Spoke saves us time, reduces errors, and helps us deliver a more professional and reliable service to our customers

**Cons:** What we like least about Spoke is that there is no native integration with WhatsApp, which is essential for last‑mile communication in our market. We also miss the ability to set different communication settings per client, since some customers need SMS, others email, and others WhatsApp‑style messaging. These two limitations make it harder to fully tailor the delivery experience to the preferences of each client segment.

**Reasons for Choosing Spoke:** We chose Spoke because it offered the simplest and most intuitive experience for both our dispatch team and our drivers. While alternatives like Routific, Onfleet, and Track‑POD have strong feature sets, Spoke stood out for its ease of use, its clean dispatcher dashboard, and its ability to help us create and optimize routes in just one click. According to external reviews, Spoke (formerly Circuit for Teams) is known for being user‑friendly and offering straightforward route planning, load assignment, and real‑time tracking—all of which matched exactly what our operation needed.

**Reasons for Switching to Spoke:** Before adopting Spoke, we explored Routific, another route optimization tool commonly used for multi‑driver delivery operations. It offered good route planning features, but Spoke felt more intuitive for our team and easier to use day‑to‑day.

"The best and easy to up for small and medium business"

**Overall:** efficient

**Pros:** which is too easy to use and extremely efficient and stable, in all the time I have been using it it has never failed me and the times that the application has crashed it has lasted minutes out of service which speaks very well of the response time of its workers to put it back on, I work from Latin America and despite being a foreign application, for me, it is very well designed for any user and the response time for queries is very fast.

**Cons:** It's difficult to talk about what I don't like about circuit because unfortunately I feel that I haven't gotten the most out of it, which is a shame because our operation has improved a lot. If I have to say something, it's that I can't add my clients' emails because They do not want to download the app to see the details of their delivery

**Reasons for Choosing Spoke:** Circuit is very easy to use and saves me a lot of work when planning my routes, unlike Beetrack, which had to take an introductory course to use it and it was not even remotely easy to use or interpret, not to mention that Beetrack asked me to pay 6 months in advance when circuit gave me a 1 month trial. Basically I lost 6 months of payment with beetrack which I would have happily paid to circuit
