"Garsons Garden Centre - Read&Sign "

Overall: Easy company to deal with and a product that does what it says on the tin....

Pros: Easy application to use both for users and administrators. Set up was straightforward with useful guides and help from our Project Manager.

Cons: Initially we were looking to automate reporting of notices not read to group leaders. This was not available but has now been developed and working very well for us, taking strain away from line managers further down the line.

"Great, well supported Platform for Read & Sign Requirements"

Overall: From day one has been an incredibly easy experience to both configure and continue using regularly. The simple but powerful interface and tools make it easy for other departments to pick up and use with minimal training. From day one have had great support from the [sensitive content hidden] team and any issues have been ironed out very quickly!

Pros: Simplifying the process of distributing critical information with timestamped confirmations from every user is a life-saver for accreditations and other situations where proof is required.

Cons: So far there is very little to complain about.

"Read and Sign- Improves Company Communication "

Overall: Overall positive experience enabling better over all communication.

Pros: Centralised read and sign system meanining better comminucation throughout the whole company.

Cons: Lack of training. Lots of read and signs which do not pertain to my department or staff

"Tecomak Environmental Services Ltd"

Overall: Overall very happy. It has been a vast improvement on using Outlook to track engagement and also makes it simple to track those who need to review notices/documentation.

Pros: The simple ability to track acknowledgement/understanding. Also the ability to have groups set up to allow notices to be targeted at specific groups/inividuals.

Cons: Formatting of the notices seems a bit clunky - bullet pointing etc. doesn't seem to format how I would like it to. It would be very useful to be able to attach more than one document to a notice.

"Concise and Simple"

Overall: It is easy to access and navigate true the different menus, hence providing clear and accurate details to the users.

Pros: It is simple to use and it is clear and concise.

Cons: If I was critical, maybe the lack of colour in the dashboard it could be more inviting.

"Great experience"

Overall: The Read & sign team are always available to help.

Pros: Ability to add and remove users on the go

Cons: Not able to see how many licenses we have left

"Great system, great staff! "

Overall: Great experience so far, really helpful and friendly team. [sensitive content hidden] is great, took the time to offer me an online tutorial and answered all of the questions I had before I even needed to ask them.

Pros: The platform is very simple to use and has some great features that suit the needs of our business perfectly.

Cons: So far, I have not found anything that I dislike about Read & Sign

"Read & Sign is great"

Overall: I only really go on there to acknowledge the publications but i have never had an issue with this

Pros: Simple to use, good features, ease of access.

Cons: That you need to open attachments before being able to acknowledge

"Read Sign and Go"

Pros: I like that it is very easy to use pretty laid out pretty self-explanatory on how to use read and sign no hard things about it

Cons: There's really nothing I didn't like least about reading sign I mean it's very easy it's nothing to it so if you find something that's not good about it or at least like that you like about it then something's not right

"Good software"

Overall: Its great for what i need, i only have to go on, read the notification and acknowledge it. nice and simple

Pros: Suits the business needs perfectly and everything is easy to find on the website

Cons: That when adding a new user, you cant send them read and signs sent round in the past
