It contains a number of features that can help organizations to improve their employee engagement and productivity. Pros First, it is a centralized system where employees can be easily tracked from one place. Second, it is cost-effective I did not find it so expensive you can have it for around 200$ which is a good thing. It also provides features and tools through which collaboration among the workforce gets easy. Anyone can find the right people with the right skills using this platform. It also provides a visual representation of several tasks of the workforce which make it very easy to manage all the tasks assigned in the workforce. OneDirectory has simplified things for us.The skills of every worker are highlighted,be it Ms Excel or word. This software has improved the relationship among our employees. and we can easily search up employees within seconds. Pros It's a very easy to set up, use and flexible software. We were able to adjust some OneDirectory's features to suit our specific business needs. Cons We've not used this software for more than six months. So for now, we've not found anything to dislike.
