There is no way to alter this because I asked them ... and AFTER TWO WEEKS they finally answered and said NO.
Buggy tools, Our users became quickly frustrated with the editing issues. We compared this tool to other similar products and ended up using another solution.
I didn't have it for long so personally, I cant say my experience was bad but it wasn't anything to acknowledge either.
The functionality is very low compared to Adobe and other similar products, and sometimes crashed my system.

Pros: pdf is the best software to read and edit documents, it is very functional and what I like the most is that it offers security to its users
Cons: It is a bit tedious when copying texts but it is part of the security it provides, so there is no problem

Overall: This has been an excellent tool to use. Cuts work down easily.
Pros: It is very easy to use. I thought it would be hard.

"PDF"Incomplete" is Not Intuitive and Lacks the Most Basic Features"
Overall: I had Foxit PhantomPDF before and it wasn't great but it was sure lightyears better than this.
Pros: Absolutely nothing. That review is too short, so I'll repeat: I liked nothing about this software.
Cons: For starters, it stupidely launches in GIANT MODE and every time you must click on another button to reduce the display down to something actually readable. There is no way to alter this because I asked them ... and AFTER TWO WEEKS they finally answered and said NO. And while PDF"Incomplete" has some editing features, it lacks the simplest editing feature of all, and that is: YOU CANNOT ADD SIMPLE YELLOW HIGHLIGHTING! It simply doesn't exist in the program. You can change text and font, but not the background color. For a basic user, who needs to change font? But I constantly like to highlight important items like I've done in every PDF program I've ever had in 40 years, and I simply cannot do that with this one. I spent $59 and all I got was frustration.

Overall: I'm making a report with a lot of pages and I used this product to do it fast.
Pros: What I liked most about this software is its easy interface, converting speed, pdf reading feature.
Cons: My least favorite thing about this software is that its interface resembles an old program and I don't think it deserves the price.
