### "Cloutly is the what a review management system should be."

Effortless and easy to use so i can focus on what I do, I have promoted it to many clients.

Pros

Its easy to use out of the box, It has great training but you will barely need it as most of it is very intuitive. Once you start using the platform it will reveal how simple and easy it is to use, well worth the trial for free to test it.

Cons

That I didn't know about it a few years ago, I have used many platforms and most of them are cumbersome

### "Great product"

The product was pretty easy to setup, they had a live chat support person answering my questions in real time. i had everything setup in under 2 hours

Pros

The widget to include reviews on the website looks good and works how i would want it to. The drip campaigns to get reviews automatically seems good.

Cons

The features i cared about most were not available int he "Free Trial" so i kind of had to take a leap of faith and just buy it

great. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and the team make the process of transitioning easy and any questions/requests we ask have all been considered and addressed throughout the process

Pros

Being locally developed and supported allows requests to be dealt with quickly and efficiently. In addition, we have very specific requests that Cloutly was able to customise to fit our business. No other platform was able to service us like this. Customer service is brilliant, wont be long until we see this business being a big player in the review management market.

Cons

if anything its not a full SEO based platform, however in saying this it was made very clear this is a review based platform.

### "Cloutly is Amazing! "

The Cloutly team are super responsive, and any questions or queries are managed straight away. I feel supported and backed up by the team both on routine admin, through to tech support for advanced solutions we're wanting to develop. We're an Australian-based business and so are Cloutly, so knowing we have that one-on-one local relationship is real a breath of fresh air. In my opinion it's a risk I think to just be one customer of many cutomers to any giant overseas business, so I need to know when I have questions or need help I'm waiting forever or mucked around. So the team at Cloutly really care about helping to grow our business and supporting us, and that's a big factor in our decision to team up with them. The product has been well-designed and thought-through, and it more than lives up to its promise.

Pros

The interface is simple and easy to navigate for our clients, and deploying and managing campaigns is a piece of cake. Being able to link existing review accounts in the click of a button means sycing all existing business review accounts into Cloutly takes no time at all, and then having the customer dashboard where they can read an reply on the spot is perfect. Plus with customer database import lists, marketing automation, and video upload, for us it was a winner. We've done our research and at the end of the day it made sense to team up with Cloutly to offer the software to our clients, and for us it's a winning move. We're investing in the software, and we'll continue to roll it out to our clients long into the future, whilst integrating it into our systems and platform too on a deeper level.

Cons

I haven't found something I don't like yet.... I didn't like the other solutions though on the market, that's why we teamed up with Cloutly.

Reason for choosing Cloutly

It's a better product than others offering the same type of software in the market in my research, and we have a great local team to support us too. We've done our research and after seeing the quality of the Cloutly technology, the ease of use, plus the local team who are super passionate, responsive and great to work with, it was the standout winner. I think if you're searching for this type of software, considering Cloutly is a must and as a minimum start up a demo account and have a chat to the team....

### "Excellent Customer Review Management Software"

I have been impressed with the platform functions and the excellent customer support to set things up correctly. It is lovely to receive your first customer review and showcase them on your website with the Cloutly widget.

Pros

The outstanding feature is how it is integrated with your Google business profile so you can reply directly to your customer reviews from the Cloutly platform. Setting up your campaigns, adding customers and sending the invites is a fantastic tool for managing your online reputation.

Cons

I can only pinpoint where you add the review steps in the campaigns to be given the option of SMS and Email individually or both together. Some customers offer both options or separately.

### "Where has Cloutly been all my life?"

Pros

I knew from the moment I saw Cloutly it was exactly what I have been looking for in a Review App. The team at Cloutly have thought about everything that is needed. Cloutly was so easy to setup and place into automatic pilot, I even had reviews coming in within 24 hours. I love the ability to add a video in the review request.

Cons

I haven't found any negatives with Cloutly and I doubt I ever will.

Amazing. They have really gone above and beyond to met our needs. Coming from liaising with an overseas company to working closely with a locally based Australian start up has been chalk and cheese. It has been great to be able to work with a supplier who is quick and nimble to cater to our needs as me grow.

Pros

Cloutly have been amazing in their ability to come to the party in the customization we required to suit our network of franchises.

Cons

Although there have been a couple of gaps in capabilities from our previous supplier, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and the team have been committed to plugging this gaps and enhancing the platform to meet our requirements.

Reason for choosing Cloutly

Our previous supply actually offered to match Cloutly's rate (which was a significant drop in price), but we had been so impressed with the service and support offered by Cloutly that we decided to move forward with the change.

I spoke to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] yesterday as I needed help with something minor. Instead of doing the bare minimum he called me on Zoom and spoke to me for 20 minutes. Not only did he answer my question effectively, he also gave me a detailed rundown in how Cloutly works and answered any further questions I had. Honestly couldn't have asked for better service. Hats off to L\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and also what amazing technology!

Pros

Great website. Great customer support. Great concept.

Cons

The only thing I didn't like is that I didn't find it sooner!
