"A Powerful Tool for Streamlining Sales Processes"

**Overall:** Overall, my experience using Kylas has been positive. It helped streamline the sales process by organizing leads, tracking customer interactions, and providing visibility into the sales pipeline. The dashboard made it easier to monitor performance and manage daily tasks efficiently. The software was generally effective in supporting sales activities and improving team coordination.

**Pros:** In kylas the integration with email and calendar is fantastic. It makes scheduling follow-ups and sending reminders seamless

**Cons:** The reporting functionality feels very basic. It’s hard to generate custom reports that meet our specific needs, and the data visualizations are lacking

"Practical and Easy — But Not Perfect"

**Overall:** The lead and pipeline management, and task/work-flow automation capabilities, get frequent praise: leads, follow-ups, deals, tasks, and reminders can be managed in one place — making processes more organized and efficient

**Pros:** All-in-one lead & pipeline management — It centralises leads, deals, contacts, and companies into one system. We can track each lead’s journey from first contact to close, convert leads into deals, and view everything in a structured sales pipeline — very helpful for clarity and organisation.

**Cons:** Performance & speed issues — CRM getting slow or lagging, especially when loading reports or handling data-heavy tasks.
