However, the portal performance can feel slow at times, and mobile app updates do not always save correctly, so we have to update them again from the web portal. If performance and mobile syncing improve, the experience would be much better.

Kylas is easy to use for managing leads and tracking sales activities. The portal layout is simple to understand, which helps in updating lead status, follow-ups, and keeping sales records organized. It is convenient for daily CRM work and helps keep the team updated.

Cons

The web portal can sometimes take time to load, which slows down work. Also, when updating lead status or other details from the mobile app, the changes do not always save properly. Because of this, we need to log in to the web portal and update the same details again, which takes extra time. The mobile app sync and overall speed can definitely be improved.

There are lot of Cons on Kylas CRM 1. The Kylas is worst CRM in among all the CRM in Market 2. The POC Person has not give correct info about the issue 3. I never refer this CRM to any business

With Kylas CRM I am able to track my opportunities at one place which helps me for sales management of team. With Kylas I can easily monitor the workflow strating from lead genration to proposal submission to opportunity convertion, everything is seamless WRT performance and speed. Security of the data captured or entered by team is topmost and can rely upon. Client management or getting details of clintel is just matter of few click. Seamless integration with our SAP is one of added advantage

In Initial journey while adopting the platform few glitches was noticed but properly addresed by Kylas team

It basically gives us everything we need in one system — from WhatsApp integration that makes communication super easy to features that help with scheduling and follow-ups the customization options are great too which makes it flexible and easy to tailor the system to our needs overall it really helps reduce our workload and keeps things organized

Pros

I like most about Kylas is the default dashboard. It’s super clean and gives short and precise reports for all branches, so I can get an overall view at a glance I also love how everything is nicely laid out you can easily click through to see more details right from the same dashboard. Its really convenient and makes checking insights quick and easy.

Cons

least about Kylas is that theres no default auto-refresh The data doesn’t update on its own, so if you don’t manually refresh it, you keep seeing old information sometimes it even says things like “Last refreshed: 18 hours ago.” It would be much better if the dashboard refreshed automatically so we could always see the latest updates without having to trigger it ourselves

Pros

One of the best things I appreciate about Kylas is its highly flexible user access control. Unlike many other CRMs that come with fixed user profiles, Kylas allows you to fully customise access based on each team member’s role. You can decide exactly what permissions to give, what modules they can view, and what actions they can perform.

Cons

One limitation I’ve noticed is in the Deals module is the customization options here are quite restricted especially when it comes to the deal status fields like Won and Lost. These fields are fixed and cannot be modified or renamed based on specific business requirements.

I am using this CRM from last one Year, When i first time use this CRM, i learn a lot on my first day, i go through how i add the leads, to create a own data report, to download the reports, how i can call the leads, its very easy to handle for me, i never seen such type of CRM, you can easily access what you want, who can give you the access, every time i open the CRM i learn something new, and day by day use of this CRM it is easy to maintain your report. Overall the Kylas sales CRM software easy to understand and helpful.

Pros

I like most is kylas CRM is very easy to handle, Its give you to create to edit to know about the each and every single lead status/report. You can go to dip as you go and learn easily, if someone show you how you do this next time you didnt get to ask someone.

Cons

Need to give multiple login at same time, just for the feedback i have wrote this. otherwise i didnt have any problem with the CRM
