With some improvements in response times the experience could be even better.

Pros

At Waulite Technologies, we needed a CRM that could streamline our lead management and email marketing without unnecessary roadblocks. Kylas delivered—with an intuitive interface, flexible email campaigns, and responsive support that keeps things moving. Their automation and tracking features have made our sales process more efficient and organized.

Cons

The main drawback is that the project manager is handling multiple projects, leading to delayed responses. Even on email, WhatsApp, or phone calls, there are delays, and at times, escalation to a senior and continuous follow-ups are required to get updates and keep things moving.

There are lot of Cons on Kylas CRM 1. The Kylas is worst CRM in among all the CRM in Market 2. The POC Person has not give correct info about the issue 3. I never refer this CRM to any business

Dashboard system and lead data filters and Meeting data. Daily sales activity and lead preview and call reports also good

Using kylas is easy as a detailed knowledge base is given also they have videos on youtube to learn. It is user friendly along with flexibility to make is as per customer usage.

Pros

It is easy to navigate and use along with the timely support receive by the kylas team. It can be modified based on customer requirement.

Cons

Sometime it takes time to load the pages as server is down. Rest is working good.

In peak hours the system sometimes feels slow (loading pages, switching between modules, dashboards not refreshing in real time), which affects productivity for active sales users

Pros

One of the best things I appreciate about Kylas is its highly flexible user access control. Unlike many other CRMs that come with fixed user profiles, Kylas allows you to fully customise access based on each team member’s role. You can decide exactly what permissions to give, what modules they can view, and what actions they can perform.

Cons

One limitation I’ve noticed is in the Deals module is the customization options here are quite restricted especially when it comes to the deal status fields like Won and Lost. These fields are fixed and cannot be modified or renamed based on specific business requirements.
