As a startup, the major concern will be the cost of a service. It was a great journey with kylas so far. They have added a lot of features throughout the journey. And we are happy with their customer service and prompt responses. Kylas helped us manage the inbounds and outbounds generated through the marketing team. They have added several integrations to capture the leads & payment portal integrations to receive the payments directly from the customer. For the price and service they offer, they are always a helping hand for any mid-sized company.

Pros

Ease of access and simple interface helped us a lot in productivity. Anyone with the least experience in CRM can still use it easily.

Cons

For the price they offer, they provide everything for a mid-size company.

Pros

Very easy even for first time users, Reports are awesome, Integration made easy because of excellent support from the implementation team.

Cons

Call logger app - can be better, too much of modifications required in the user's mobile, ideally setting controls should be within the mobile app. Also it should be have a provision to add a lead on any outgoing / incoming call. Whatsapp / SMS / email Integration - ideally they should have white label integration instead of integrating third party apps like interact / Mailchimp and face the customers dissatisfaction.Rarely app is not accessable.

Reason for choosing Kylas Sales CRM

Unlimited users, very very economical, implementation cost, reports.
