My overall experience with Kylas Sales CRM has been average. The platform offers useful features such as dashboards, reports, bulk lead upload, and lead management, which help improve productivity and provide good visibility into sales activities. However, some areas need improvement, particularly workflow and pipeline creation, which can be complex and time-consuming. The lack of detailed user manuals and video tutorials makes implementation and customization more challenging. Customer support is helpful when needed, but a more intuitive interface and better documentation would enhance the experience significantly. Overall, Kylas is a functional CRM, but there is still considerable scope for improvement in usability and onboarding.

Pros

What I liked most about Kylas Sales CRM is its Dashboard and Reports functionality, which provides a clear and organized view of all sales activities in one place. The dashboards make it easy to monitor lead status, team performance, conversion ratios, and follow-up activities in real time. The reporting tools are very helpful for analyzing sales trends and making informed decisions quickly. Another feature I found extremely useful is the bulk lead upload process. It allows us to add a large number of leads at once using Excel files, which saves significant time and reduces manual effort. Overall, these features improve productivity, enhance visibility, and make sales management more efficient and streamlined for the entire team.

Cons

What I liked least about Kylas Sales CRM is the workflow and pipeline creation process. It is quite complicated and not very user-friendly, especially for new users who are setting up the system for the first time. Creating stages, automation rules, and conditions requires significant trial and error. Another major challenge is the lack of proper reference materials. There are no detailed manuals, step-by-step guides, or video tutorials available to explain the setup process clearly. Because of this, implementation takes more time than expected and often requires support assistance. Simplifying this feature and providing training resources would greatly improve the overall user experience.

Overly complicated, very difficult to make sense of why the platform is designed. This is not a CRM, it is only a reporting tool, with a beautiful display for the status and stage of projects. But this tool cannot be called CRM, not designed for the people to work and maintain the records and plan on how to improve the customer.

Pros

You can display what the deals are and what the leads are. also on one place the deals can be managed once made. I works with a little lag but you can work on the position of the deals by just dragging.

Cons

There is no calendar. This is the worst planning tool for planning. it is good for the management to see the progress, but a havoc for the sales team to work on it as it doesn’t work for as a planning tool. This tool does not have a calendar, you cannot do your daily, weekly monthly planning, (the most basic tools for planning). KYLAS is very complicated for people who have anytime worked on any other professional CRM platform. I still can t understand why this system is designed. The objective of a CRM tool should be to maintain customer details and the tool should be designed for planning and as the result of good planning and execution, the reporting part is the result. Although the reporting also does not have much functionality, but the whole tool out here is designed for how to report and absolutely no brains have been used to design the tool to be made user friendly for the sales team who could use this tool for planning.

With Kylas CRM I am able to track my opportunities at one place which helps me for sales management of team. With Kylas I can easily monitor the workflow strating from lead genration to proposal submission to opportunity convertion, everything is seamless WRT performance and speed. Security of the data captured or entered by team is topmost and can rely upon. Client management or getting details of clintel is just matter of few click. Seamless integration with our SAP is one of added advantage

Kylas CRM is used in Hastha Global Ventures by all the office staff which has a good interface easier to navigate with limited training for the user as it is a self learning tool and with good automated features that has streamlined workflows standardized to improve the overall efficiency of our work.

Pros

Kylas CRM is giving Hastha Global Ventures several advantages particularly in the five service categories which we operate i.e, Financial services, Real Estate services, Facility Management, Family Care and Customized solutions. This gives us data capturing, leads both Rental and Membership lead conversions through automatically reminders on the follow up dates on the tasks. Customized dashboards with reports helps us in aligning to our specific business needs in our growing market. Good in communicating to our clients with email integration directly sending auto mails for service requests.

Cons

Kylas CRM provides Hastha Global Ventures service requests communications only to the primary ID as our operating module will have two or more clients in a family membership package and the customized auto routing is not available. Due to the storage limits and software has its limited flexibility to tune in to specific needs.

It basically gives us everything we need in one system — from WhatsApp integration that makes communication super easy to features that help with scheduling and follow-ups the customization options are great too which makes it flexible and easy to tailor the system to our needs overall it really helps reduce our workload and keeps things organized

I like most about Kylas is the default dashboard. It’s super clean and gives short and precise reports for all branches, so I can get an overall view at a glance I also love how everything is nicely laid out you can easily click through to see more details right from the same dashboard. Its really convenient and makes checking insights quick and easy.

Cons

least about Kylas is that theres no default auto-refresh The data doesn’t update on its own, so if you don’t manually refresh it, you keep seeing old information sometimes it even says things like “Last refreshed: 18 hours ago.” It would be much better if the dashboard refreshed automatically so we could always see the latest updates without having to trigger it ourselves

One of the best things I appreciate about Kylas is its highly flexible user access control. Unlike many other CRMs that come with fixed user profiles, Kylas allows you to fully customise access based on each team member’s role. You can decide exactly what permissions to give, what modules they can view, and what actions they can perform.

Cons

One limitation I’ve noticed is in the Deals module is the customization options here are quite restricted especially when it comes to the deal status fields like Won and Lost. These fields are fixed and cannot be modified or renamed based on specific business requirements.
