Kylas Sales CRM is a truly amazing option for anyone from the younger generation like me who is passionate about his work and looking for the best CRM software to make it more easier.

Pros

As per my experience, It is one of the most useful and easiest CRMs in the sales world. With features like Pipeline Stage Management and Report Analysis,it just becomes easier to explain your work to your senior. Also the Meeting Scheduling option and Email integration part personally helps me a lot in my sales plan.

Cons

Some internal integration options like having discount options integrated into the quoted prices are quite difficult for any non-technical background person. Dashboard editing could be better than what it is, with some more options to edit

We can track the missed call back leads by setting reminders and we easily track the sales closure each and every day where the leads stage is day by day. And obviously good customer support makes me to use very easily.

Lead capture via diffrent sources of portals, Integration is very good in kylas, Pipelines to categories leads, Workflow is very effective for lead distributions, Automated emails & SMS to executives for notifications so that they respond on time, Notes making are very user friendly. all of them at such price is amazing , and best part is they have very prompt customer support & Regular upgrade. the CRM Which i purchased 1.5 years back , and what it is now is completely different, they have added lot of features which was not part of crm initially

Cons

This software does not allow direct emails from the crm , Few more things colour marks, lead ratings are yet to come

My overall experience is by far good with Kylas, Starting with the Kylas Support Team to Kylas CRM. The CRM has helped us set the PSS of our Work. Now I can see what my team is doing how is their Performance in a day and overall. So as an HR it has helped me in Performance Management. As a BDE Team lead it has helpedme in tracking my sales lead and what y team is doing with those leads.

Pros

The first and foremost reason to choose Kylas is that it was customizable. before Kylas I have seen more than 20 CRM, but nothing was able to solve our concerns but Kylas CRM was quite easy to use. Once you get to know how to use it makes a lot of tasks easy. Prior to kylas we were doing all the things manually, though we had a CRM, but it was not performing up to our expectations. By far kylas has helped streamline our process & work flow. Previously I use to generate all the reports either through excels or manually, but now is not the case.

Cons

There are a lot more features which we need. As of now we are managing we still be needing it in future as the team size will grow. The reports and dashboard frequently get disturbed, don't know how. I have to alter the reports on my dashboard every time a new employee has joined. Kylas team must resolve these concerns at the earliest. I can upload the documents but the thing is I have to download it to read it. There must be a option of View with downloading.

As a startup in healthtech sector, we struggled with lead management and nurturing customers. This app helped us be more organised and keep track of the sales activities. I had used salesmate before this and once I shifted, I never looked back. There are more number of integrations and thoroughly thought out features . Thanks for making our sales easier.

Pros

Highly cooperative people and very hardworking. The customer interaction and after sales support is phenomenal. They have a good record of sending weekly major updates and improving on all the issues. I loved how seamless it works on both desktop and mobile.

Cons

There are still some knicks to be solved and features to be implemented. But knowing that it has been only 2 years and still at par with other CRMs, it's commendable.

3 months on the CRM is working well with our system.

Pros

As an admin and from Marketing & Sales / Customer Success Kylas CRM helped me automate most of my whatsapp messages and email messages. Now I can get the customer data easily when I am on a call with them.

Cons

Integration with our own admin database was a little bit challenging and time consuming could have been a lot more smoother. Only issue was with the mail jet email template not being available at the automation workflow.

Kylas is good for lead management

Pros

Workflows, lead management and less cost for small team

Cons

phone no masking, columns should be adjusted as per the job role, sometimes workflows stop working
