Deals is the most useful feature as per the role, easy to access on daily basis, can set up the tracking which is really useful to get the reminder , can not miss the upcoming calls and details from the same.

A proper seamless sales management system can set up with Kylas

Pros

Deal management in Kylas is good and contacts can be attached there. Dashboard is very useful for performance evaluations and for generating all kinds of sales reports.

Cons

Overall the CRM is good, but there will be few glitches at times and options doesn't work at the moment again after reaching out to the support it will work fine.

Kylas Sales CRM is one of the most unique Client Relationship Management module we have worked through, it has made things for us on the day to day basis.

Some of the fields can be more feasible than it appears now. Auto-pop of the fields can be enabled.
