Report view is not good in Kylas CRM. Layouts are not available in every module

With Kylas we now have a seamless lead funnel, proper reporting and analytics of the sales operations. This has not only improved the overall productivity of the company but is helping the brand to picture the future.

Pros

The best thing about Kylas is that it works like a sturdy 4x4, ready to take on any terrain. Just throw any integration in its way, and Kylas will blend with it like anything. The support team is to be given all the credit for the seamless onboarding and after-operations.

Cons

The abundance of features that are not required is a concern, but it makes sense considering the different types of industries it caters to. I struggled to think of any bad part of Kylas CRM. One can always choose Kylas over other hyped CRM's present in the market.

Overall this was our BEST DECISION. it really made everything easier .happy with customer success team as well. slowly and steadly we will explore .

Pros

To be honest the first attractive part was your pricing as you guys are not charging as per user. As a startup this is the best part to have with any CRM. and off-course features like customization and report was hit to our flow. Easy to use comparatively other CRM we used in past.

Cons

Not satisfied with view we are getting in mobile app of kylas . some things are not there with proper view like pending tasks . for this . this is lil difficult for our sales rap to use it smoothly.

\- the support system is so good that although we had faced a lot of issue in the beginning, we have been still using the software for 1+ years.- the dynamic reports for the employee helps us to know what they are doing on daily, weekly and monthly basis and how much revenue are we earning against it.

\- the development team really need to work on the over all the mobile app needs to be a better platform to work on, as we cant always access the web version everywhere.

We got a centralized call center management system with using this Kylas CRM application.

Pros

User friendly CRM application and very supportive backend staff. Moreover they provide training sessions every week. All those training sessions seems very much useful.

Cons

Record count is limited. Need to pay more to use more calls and to add more customer leads.

Pros

It allow me to get a proper productivity of employees. Report s are fetching as per my requirements. Data management is proper and very easy. It helps me to get proper details on each task. CRM is fully customizable.

Cons

As of now there are no cons, we are still implementing new things and API's and few more integrations are yet to be happen.
