Using kylas is easy as a detailed knowledge base is given also they have videos on youtube to learn. It is user friendly along with flexibility to make is as per customer usage.

Pros

It is easy to navigate and use along with the timely support receive by the kylas team. It can be modified based on customer requirement.

Cons

Sometime it takes time to load the pages as server is down. Rest is working good.

There are lot of Cons on Kylas CRM 1. The Kylas is worst CRM in among all the CRM in Market 2. The POC Person has not give correct info about the issue 3. I never refer this CRM to any business

Good to begin with and recommended. i want a feature if you could integrate ai to followup processs if you able to do. in feature wen ever i add notes that i have to call back the ai will automatical add to taks and remind me 5 mintue before call ✅ Your Idea (Converted into System) You want: 👉 When you write notes like: “Call Rahul tomorrow at 4 PM” “Follow up client after 2 days” “Call back in evening” AI should automatically: Detect follow-up intent Create a task automatically Add reminder Notify you 5 minutes before call Maintain follow-up database

easy to manage leads. api works well, phone direct call feature is good. i like the simple ui and colour.

task reminder is not wroking i have to do manual followup, i have regularly searching for follouwup and its wastes time.

The Best CRM i have ever used in my entire career . Made the sales easy. Advantages The sales pipeline and deal tracking features help us structure our lead flow and monitor movement from lead to closure more systematically.

In peak hours the system sometimes feels slow (loading pages, switching between modules, dashboards not refreshing in real time), which affects productivity for active sales users

From Last one Year I am using Kylas CRM What I liked most about Kylas Sales CRM is how easy it is to use. I am using this CRM from last one Year, When i first time use this CRM, i learn a lot on my first day, i go through how i add the leads, to create a own data report, to download the reports, how i can call the leads, its very easy to handle for me, i never seen such type of CRM, you can easily access what you want, who can give you the access, every time i open the CRM i learn something new, and day by day use of this CRM it is easy to maintain your report. Overall the Kylas sales CRM software easy to understand and helpful.

Pros

I like most is kylas CRM is very easy to handle, Its give you to create to edit to know about the each and every single lead status/report. You can go to dip as you go and learn easily, if someone show you how you do this next time you didnt get to ask someone.

Cons

Need to give multiple login at same time, just for the feedback i have wrote this. otherwise i didnt have any problem with the CRM

It is easy to use, and every team member is able to manage customer interactions as well as pipeline progression with deals. Also, the ability to integrate with WhatsApp or email is a big plus because it helps keep everything centralized. The system is quite basic and could benefit from more detailed reporting, and it also needs to be mobile optimized more. All in all, it's a good CRM and efficient in managing sales.

There are many pros like Kylas has a very user friendly interface, we can customize workflows, the lead generation and management is a state-of-the-art product. we can also automate things like followups, Kylas highly integrated able with other social media applications. and the best part is the reporting which provides a very inciteful data.

Cons

the limitation is that we cannot customize reports.
