By far the best ATS I’ve ever used! Recruitify is a super user-friendly, all-in-one platform—perfect for recruitment automation, candidate tracking, and 360° recruitment. Thanks to Recruitify, I can now easily manage multiple projects simultaneously, email candidates and clients, and categorize talents, clients, and companies—all of which helps me handle both current and future projects while saving a great deal of time and admin work. I am very happy with all the training and tips I have received and learned thanks to Recruitify's team Iwo , who is always ready to help and explain in detail all the great features Recruitify offers and how to make the most out of it.

Pros

Recruitify has completely streamlined my recruitment process. I can manage multiple projects at once, upload bulk CVs, move candidates seamlessly through stages, and contact them quickly with email templates — all in one platform. The labeling system makes it easy to categorize and re-engage with clients and candidates, opening up new business opportunities. I’m especially impressed with the sales tracking, talent pools, candidate star ratings, and direct meeting scheduling features syncing to your Google Meet, Teams or Zoom apps,and which save hours of admin time. For the first time, I can run my entire recruitment cycle end-to-end in one ATS — something no other system has offered me before.

Cons

Mass emailing for contacts is not yet available, but I understand it is being implemented. While it only has a slight impact on my business development tasks, I look forward to this feature as it will further streamline my workflow.

That it's cool, we can easily onboard new people and it helps us work with data

The possibility of connecting our job board with their system and automatically downloading the application to the system. We didn't want to change the look of our job board section, so we upload it manually.

Pros

The whole candidates are in one place with an option of swift searching which is very helpful in managing the database. Our core business is outstaffing programmers. Very often I am back to candidates whom we have not hired in the \[past and may offer them another project in the future. I call it "the management of the lifecycle of candidates".

Cons

For me, it does not search programmers precisely. We have added to Recrutify more than 300 profiles with tags and now see we did it not well or made a mistake because when I am searching by tags or skills I have a lot of candidates who don't fit the project.

Very good. The tool has great potential for development if you can wait.

Pros

It helps a lot to manage the communication between hiring managers, HR and vendors. It is easy to maintain and use and not expensive. Many tools and ways to get the same effect, so very much intuitive. Easy to use simple automation.

Cons

The developers tea is a bit slow with customization.

Pros

There are many such systems on the market. There are those with more and less advanced features. For me, the main ones are: - collecting a database and using it easily- automation of the recruitment process- transparency and individualisation of the individual steps - creation of templates- synchronisation with Linkedin.What is sensational about Recruitify is the support in daily use. Iwo answers every question, to explain how the system works he even records videos :). This is great! They are also open to new solutions, suggestions for new functionalities. They also have videos available to help with implementation. I am satisfied and recommend it!

Cons

You can increase the amount of space in the notes or improve the sorting.
