September 17, 2025 5.0 By far the best ATS I’ve ever used! Recruitify is a super user-friendly, all-in-one platform—perfect for recruitment automation, candidate tracking, and 360° recruitment. Thanks to Recruitify, I can now easily manage multiple projects simultaneously, email candidates and clients, and categorize talents, clients, and companies—all of which helps me handle both current and future projects while saving a great deal of time and admin work. I am very happy with all the training and tips I have received and learned thanks to Recruitify's team Iwo , who is always ready to help and explain in detail all the great features Recruitify offers and how to make the most out of it. Pros Recruitify has completely streamlined my recruitment process. I can manage multiple projects at once, upload bulk CVs, move candidates seamlessly through stages, and contact them quickly with email templates — all in one platform. The labeling system makes it easy to categorize and re-engage with clients and candidates, opening up new business opportunities. I’m especially impressed with the sales tracking, talent pools, candidate star ratings, and direct meeting scheduling features syncing to your Google Meet, Teams or Zoom apps,and which save hours of admin time. For the first time, I can run my entire recruitment cycle end-to-end in one ATS — something no other system has offered me before. Cons Mass emailing for contacts is not yet available, but I understand it is being implemented. While it only has a slight impact on my business development tasks, I look forward to this feature as it will further streamline my workflow. There are several things that in my opinion make Recrutify one of the best options available on the market for recruitment agencies - all of them listed in the Pros section. Overall I can really recommend this application - great and intuitive working experience, stable environment and super fast, dedicated end user support Pros \- Recrutify is super intuitive, teaching new employees how to navigate and use the system rarely ever takes more than a day or two - Solution is stable and well-written, it is very rare to observe any technical problems - If such problems occur, support is lightning fast. I mean it - we never had a request not actioned the same day and resolved subsequent day at the latest - Recrutify's team is very flexible and customer oriented. You have a very good direct contact, you can discuss all your needs and even propose to implement new funcionalities - The application has many various functionalities, which greatly help in performing daily duties Cons \- As the solution is constantly improving some of the features still need further development, however if anything becomes a nuissance it is easy to reach out to Recrutify's team and they sort things out pretty efficiently Review Source MB Magdalena B. There are those with more and less advanced features. For me, the main ones are: - collecting a database and using it easily- automation of the recruitment process- transparency and individualisation of the individual steps - creation of templates- synchronisation with Linkedin.What is sensational about Recruitify is the support in daily use. Iwo answers every question, to explain how the system works he even records videos :). This is great! They are also open to new solutions, suggestions for new functionalities. " October 3, 2020 5.0 I have been using Recruitify as a recruiter for several years. It is so intuitive and easy to use that allows me to be transparent in the recruitment process. It has many functionalities, f.e. favorite contacts, "hot candidates", or the ability to send SMS directly from the system. I can't imagine working on a different platform - this one gives me the opportunity to conduct the recruitment process quickly and qualitatively. I highly recommend it. Pros \+ highly intuitive + user - friendly interface + a lot of functionalities which facility my recruitment process, f.e sorting projects, analyzing the candidate status in the project, or the ability to easily find your favorite candidates using the "hot candidates" option All these issues make the recruitment process easier, faster and effective. Our core business is outstaffing programmers. Very often I am back to candidates whom we have not hired in the \[past and may offer them another project in the future. I call it "the management of the lifecycle of candidates". Cons For me, it does not search programmers precisely. We have added to Recrutify more than 300 profiles with tags and now see we did it not well or made a mistake because when I am searching by tags or skills I have a lot of candidates who don't fit the project. I really like its UX, the possibility to adapt the system to changes in my projects, ease of use and the ability to generate simple reports.
