### "Just amazing"

October 5, 2023

5.0

Pros

The all-in tool for anyone who is building a company from scratch. Don't look further. You can have your whole company here: product, sales, marketing, people, etc. Not sure how long you can stretch it as complexity increases, but I have a feeling we can be using this for a long time as we grow.

Cons

Probably I miss some features regarding sharing views with people outside the company and other sharing features.

### "Fibery - A simple looking app that does most of the things, I need done, well"

March 18, 2025

5.0

I am a big fan of Fibery. I love the minimalist design of the tool. The tool is extremely feature rich and I have been hard pressed to find a requirement of mine that the tool does not meet. The fact that I can download all my documents in the markdown format are a definite bonus.

Pros

The tool is extremely flexible allowing me to customize my data entities and my workflows. The time I spend on managing multiple threads, being in an executive leadership role has come down by at least 75%.

Cons

The dash-boarding features require significant improvements. There need to be more options provided. The charts display unexplained behavior a few times.

Notion was too bloated to my liking. The application while being quite feature rich required me to spend quite a bit of time and effort to get things just right. Its much more simpler with Fibery.

### "Please allow a way to store data locally"

I don't need to use it as I prefer an open source app, or at least having it stored locally. And I need to use keyboard extensively. Therefore, I use Obsidian instead. However, my friend needs the functionalities that it provides, so I need to help him writing script with Fibery API

Pros

Focus on project/organization knowledge management

Cons

### "Great centralized system for startups"

February 24, 2025

5.0

Excellent, we are expanding into Fibery and are looking forward to seeing more people use this amazing technology

Pros

Extremely versatile and powerful, fairly quick, endless possibilities how to organize your data, excellent support

Cons

Knowledge curve can be a little steep (CS provides lots of support), at first can be hard to trust who can access what through which databases.

Reason for choosing Fibery

High versatility and so many useful features, such as docs, whiteboards, and views. The integration of database entities into text was a selling feature for us. I love being able to choose a part of a sentence in my notes, and convert it into an entity that I can fill out on the spot. This has created seamless task creation, initiative management and insight highlighting.

I like the program very much and will be using it a lot.

### "Fibery: the flexbile Notion"

October 15, 2024

4.0

We started using Fibery with their 6-month free offer for startups. It's a solid product with a lot of potential. The team behind it seems really dedicated - they're always keeping us updated about new features, which is nice. If they can simplify the UI further, it would make it the perfect tool!

Pros

I really appreciate Fibery's flexibility. It replaces many products for our team including Notion and JIra. It adapts well to different workflows, which is great for our team. The AI features and automations are pretty impressive and save us a lot of time. I also like how the Fibery team keeps adding new features regularly.

Cons

The UI is a bit overwhelming, especially compared to Notion. There's a lot to learn, which can be frustrating at first. The lack of a mobile app is a drawback too. Also, it's not made for personal use, so I end up using a different app for that. It's a bit annoying having to switch between tools.

### "Most flexible and tech friendly"

December 15, 2023

4.0

If you're a software developer and especially a data person, you will absolutely love this platform. As a data engineer, this platform is heaven compared to other limited (backed in alternativves)

Pros

The customizability for sure, you are given a blank canvas at start and you have to build the software yourself, the relationships, the data. The built in B.I tool is also excellent, in some regards better than some full fledged B.I tools.

Cons

Missing a lot of small features from the competition, but Fibery has a much smaller team, so I suppose they focus on bigger features. My biggest dislike however is that I cannot create templates of data fields, for example "Priority" with 3 options each. I have to redo it for every, single, database.

Reason for choosing Fibery

I came for the price, and stayed for the speed & functionality.

### "Overall a nice tool"

March 12, 2025

4.0

Nice tool for ticket tracking and product development. It has its limit if you want to manage teams that work accross different projects .

Pros

Everything is connected to everything. You can link entities accross multiple databases and essentially support any workflow. I also liked the team behind fibery. When we tried to customize some processes by scripting they helped us out a lot.

Cons

I tried to do multi-project-ressource-planning in which work hours of different team members are assigned to different projects in different weeks. This doesn't work out of the box so we tried to script it. The Fibery people were very helpful in getting this up but it was unfeasable. Every other week it broke because of an update and running this logic in typescript inside the browser in combination with the fibery components just was too slow to really be useful. Had to revert to excel for this task which is a shame but at least works.

### "Next Gen Solutions For Managing Your Venture"

August 8, 2023

5.0

Pretty much everything in our digital operations.

Pros

Of course people want easy to read reviews that say 'this is good, that's bad, the other is #whatevs" but to do that would be to misunderstand the essence of Fibery - the clue is in the name, it's fibres/fibers to be woven together (fast - no code / low code) & integrated with outside tools to deliver whatever you seek for your workplace management whether you are an individual or like us, a mini venture studio with multiple arms and enterprises all elegantly threaded into one core control hub of interlinked databases and tools in Fibery.

Cons

Nothing - sometimes we have to think a bit about what we do - but we would much rather have flexibility in operation that requires planning than the stasis of the pre-existing rather static tools on the market which offer solutions but keep you in a box - Fibery is flexibility personified, you just need to think out of the box and you can do it with Fibery.

Reason for choosing Fibery

Multiple products were assessed, they all appeared highly linear and thus inflexible for our fast growing company.

### "My Dream Software"

August 11, 2023

5.0

I researched about 30 different tools for our company because what we were using just wasn't cutting it. I was about to give up when I came across fibery in some random reddit post. I am so glad I decided to try just one more. It blew my mind, it's like someone took my dream ideas for the perfect software and made them reality. The setup and support process has been second to none. Our team has really appreciated and enjoyed the help we've got from the Fibery team.

Pros

Fibery allows one to build any workflow they can imagine. Its in-built "primitive building blocks" are very well thought out and intuitive. Many "oh that's clever" moments.

Cons

Probably needs 1-2 minor improvements to get to the point that it can replace Slack (in addition to everything else it already replaces).Needs better integration with software tools.

Reason for choosing Fibery

Fibery was the only software that ticked literally every box. Closest second probably ticked no more than 2/3 of boxes.

### "Surprisingly underrated product"

July 13, 2023

5.0

In my work I need to store various related data. There are times when I use custom apps, but often it is not an option. Using spreadsheets is not user friendly. I think in entities and relations. Fibery can handle it. I also consider it as a fast prototyping no-code tool before it become evident that incorporation of some data and functionality is worthy for some custom app. Also project management can be done here. The flexibility of Fibery can be helpful for projects with derivations from some standard process. Also it is helpful to experiment with fibery before you decide too go with some more focused app until you stabilise your process, and get understanding of your particular requirements.

Pros

The product of flexibility and ease of use, seems like they managed to find the balance the right way.

Cons

Maybe that it is not that known and widespread so far.

I love the company and want the product to work. My experience is not ideal when it comes to roll it out to different teams and companies. as a product builder myself i can see the great ideas and potentials - which still yet to be realized in the product itself - there is a gap in vision and execution. hope this is not too harsh for product team ;)

Pros

flexibility to create different views of the dataset

Cons

learning curve, the concept is not simple enough for rolling out the product to a complex team(s) there is a template and sophisticated user, but there need to be more levels in the middle for different roles of a company/team.

Fibery is a great product, with an extensive set of possibilities. It takes a while to set up and customise to your needs, but provides much better relational linking than Notion etc.

Pros

### "An incredibly powerful and flexbible tool, with a data driven whiteboard"

July 31, 2024

5.0

We're still in the process of finalizing the setup and we'll onboard the first batch of developers this week but overall working with the tool and the support we got from the Fibery team have been excellent.

Pros

\- How powerful the relationship between databases are (even though Notion has this, Fibery's approach is on another level) - The data driven whiteboards - The two way references is amazing, especially in conjuction with the poweful search (which works so well I feel we take it for granted)

Cons

The forms to create new entities. THe format itself is too cumbersome

Reason for choosing Fibery

### "Fibery - it's a Way of Life"

August 19, 2023

5.0

I have been a user of Targetprocess for over 10 years, it was the first application to be built by the core of this team. I've been involved in beta testing this platform from the beginning and it amazing to see how it has matured into a hugely capable system. I've dipped in and out of using it over that time, usually after a major update, and realised recently that it could help us in a number of scenarios.I haven't looked at any of the competitors.

Pros

The totally open architecture which allows the system to be built into whatever shape you need.

Cons

I would love if there was a way to produce filtered reports so that they can be emailed to our management team, who are not users of the product at this stage.

### "I haven't found anything that comes close - and I've looked"

June 7, 2023

5.0

Fibery provides the tools you need to build a workspace that fits your company's processes. As a construction project manager, there are way too many specialized software that create data silos, force you to use their products in a very specific way, and cost an arm and a leg to use. We want to have full access to our data, across all of our teams and processes, because when that data is connected and our teams knowledge and progress can be linked, it gives everyone the superpowers they need to save time and do their jobs more efficiently. And we are saving money while we are doing this. I highly recommend you try Fibery. Just create an account and try replicating one of your processes - you will become addicted to slowly transitioning every single process one by one.

Pros

It is completely customizable to what matters to me and my team. The relational database and automation capabilities are extremely flexible and easy to iterate on. And they have dynamic filtering of relationships that makes using it feel like magic. On top of this, there is constant upgrades to the item(entity) pages - which so many competitors ignore. So yes, you can create different views to see your items in a different way - but when you click on a specific item it doesn't feel like an afterthought - the item page has its own filtered views to visualize its unique relations. Which you can continually dig deeper and deeper into. This makes Fibery feel 3-dimensional where you can easily explore more and find what you need, when you need it.

Cons

Fibery has a smaller team compared to comparable products. This means some of UI or features can be a little rough around the edges, but don't let the shinier features of their competitors lure you away. Don't be tricked! The Fibery team is constantly rolling out upgrades and communicating with their community on what is important to us. I've had some kickback from teams on UI elements, but the Fibery team is constantly rolling out updates, and I'm sure there will continue to be more UI friendly upgrades that help future first time explorers pitch Fibery to their company.

Reason for choosing Fibery

Fibery is flexible and extremely quick and easy to develop/iterate on. Retool has some nice shinier features, and the SQL connections has a lot of benefits, but I found it slower and harder to define your processes. Potentially better if you already have the perfect process defined and have more time/money to throw at implementing it. But every few months we slightly refine our processes in Fibery or bring on new teams in our company and new processes (all in my free time while doing my normal job). It's just that easy.

### "Overall impression about Fibery "

June 8, 2023

5.0

We found Fibery as an ideal solution for resource accounting, finances, and team task management. Its customizable structure and intuitive interface allow you to efficiently track resources, manage finances, and organize tasks. Establish relationships between entities to capture dependencies and ensure accurate data representation. Fibery streamlines these areas effectively, but caution is necessary when modifying functions and relations to maintain data integrity.

Pros

I have praised Fibery for its flexibility and the speed at which they can develop and modify their database structure. The platform offers a visual and intuitive way to create custom data types, fields, and relationships, allowing users to quickly adapt their workflows to changing requirements. The ability to define custom relationships between entities and establish complex connections. I found it easy to model intricate data structures and evolve their database schemas over time.Fibery's interface has been described as clean, user-friendly, and well-designed. I appreciate the simplicity of the platform, which allows them to focus on their work and navigate between different views and entities effortlessly. The speed of data input in Fibery is generally considered fast and efficient. I can add and edit data in various forms, including tables, forms, and Kanban boards, with minimal friction. The ability to create and update records without excessive clicks or delays..

Cons

I have encountered issues related to the fragility of functions and relations when editing the data scheme.Sometimes Fibery offers powerful customization capabilities, it requires careful attention when making changes to the data scheme. There is a learning curve associated with understanding how changes impact existing workflows and relationships, and I suggest approaching schema modifications with caution. However, it's worth noting that Fibery has an active development team that regularly releases updates and addresses user feedback. The platform is continuously evolving and improving, aiming to enhance the reliability and robustness of its functions and relations.

### "Excellent no code offering for PSA"

June 8, 2023

5.0

Overall, I really love using Fibery and so glad that I discovered it. The community is very helpful (excellent for an architect with no clue how to script anything). The team is very responsive. The service is very robust, stable and intuitive, and they are constantly improving their feature set. Most importantly, we can structure the data the way we want to. I have tried (in no particular order) BQE Core, Podio, Notion, ClickUp, Monday, AirTable, SmartSheets, SmartSuite, TapeApp etc.. and none of these have both the flexibility and features that Fibery has.

Pros

Fibery does an excellent job of connecting databases with one of the most robust and intuitive way to create relationships between data. This allows us to build out systems and workflows exactly around how we run our architecture firm versus conforming to how another software thinks we should be running our practice.

Cons

The UI is a little lacking. This is not really an issue when we first started using Fibery, but now that we have dozens of databases and several dozens of views it is becoming a bit more difficult to find things. It is also a bit lacking in templating. For example, Fibery has wonderful automation rules, but it can be cumbersome to duplicate rules across several databases.

Reason for choosing Fibery

Fibery has the best mix of flexibility and feature set. It seems like I would hit brick walls with all of these other offerings.

Podio was great when we first used them nearly 10 years ago, but they have done little to innovate or expand their feature set since then. BQE Core, although it has its own fanbase, was quite the disaster for us - a perfect example of a software that tries to make you conform to how they expect you to run your business.
