We use it to knowledge base, Kanban board, distributing and task completion. It works well!

Pros

I like that you can adapt it to your needs.

Cons

I wish it could remember my login. I have to login everyday.

### "You can build whatever you want or need"

Overall, Fibery is an extremely flexible tool that has helped us streamline our product research process. I'd definitely recommend it to a friend who was in the market for that type of system.

Pros

Fibery allows you to build a system exactly the way you need it. We use it on our product team to research strategic projects and it allows us to create a system for tracking ideas, feedback, use cases, and more and link all of those things together into a project. This gives us all the context we need in one place from different areas of research so we can make informed product decisions based on all the facts.

Cons

Fibery is kind of like legos. It gives you all the pieces, but you have to build it! It takes some time to learn and put everything together which makes it not the best fit for a less tech savvy person. However, I find it pretty easy to use day-to-day.

Podio is the same concept as Fibery, but it's much more complicated to set up and use! Fibery has most of the features we needed, but beat Podio for ease of use.
