I think reels should be promoted to audiences even if they are longer than the time frame allowed. It would also be helpful be able to post different-sized content in the same carousel post. It’s so easy to manage my social media and see exactly the type of things I’m looking for. My profile is exactly the way I like it to look and it is simple. I love the fact that Instagram is free! I’ve had to reach out to support a few times about other users of this app and they have always been helpful. I haven’t had experience with the email marketing because I’m not signed up for it. Cons I don’t like that the support isn’t always helpful and say things aren’t against guidelines that should be. People on there can be pretty rude. I believe there should be more moderation by real people and not so much bots.
