Cons Trying to market to certain groups can be hard, and trying to get older workers to use it can be hard. But that's more so on the company, not the software itself. I miss a bit that time when it was an app of artistic photos, now it has become a sales tool, and who is not on Instagram does not exist. I still enjoy it and I like to use it to see what products and services are on the market. Pros If you know how to use it well, it is a powerful sales and networking tool. Now it's overcrowded and too in your face. I guess what I like the most now would be the photo taking abilities and editing. Cons They're always changing the layout to find features and they not very easy to find, ex: you have to push a lot of other buttons to get to where you want. January 4, 2022 5.0 The biggest business benefit to me is the ability to quickly and easily share pictures and videos of my tasty treats with my audience, who eventually turn into buyers. I used to advertise more on Facebook, but Instagram seems to have boosted my sales. The fact that I can tag other people in my posts is also a good feature for me! I like to tag advocates of my business to help with word of mouth advertising. Pros For me, the number 1 thing I like most about this software is how easy it is to use. On my mobile phone, I just log in, click the little "+" at the top, and then I can simply upload my pictures or videos to my audience. I have a baking side business where I showcase cookies, cupcakes, and cakes that I have baked. It is here that my audience gets to check out and inquire about all of my tasty treats that I have for sale! Cons There are no cons for me. Since I use Instagram solely for the purpose of easily sharing content (pictures and videos) with my audience, I am 100% happy with this platform. While other may see something such as the absence of game features as a "con", I do no intend to ever use this platform for that. So that does not apply to me.
