easy to understand and use, and manage the features, I really like it, but some time facebook did not allow it

I was having major video issues with FB and needed a reliable platform that could serve my brand and continue my weekly videos. Be.Live was a great choice. As my business grows, I can add additional services as well.

Pros

The software is easy to use, I can post my videos quickly and professionally. I also like the fact that you are adding new products, features, and options for the videos. Backgrounds and additional layers.

Cons

It took me a little time to figure out my computer, and match what needed to be synced up to match what Be.Live needed. Your tutorials are a great way to review any issues I had!

Pros

Easy to use. Not without its glitches but the team listen to feedback and help as Much as they can

Cons

Few occasional glitches and the Facebook algorithm that cuts broadcasts

It was a continuous chat with support who tried to help but the process of solving my problem of not being able to stream was never solves and i was taken to one workaround after another.

Pros

It had a one-time offer on App Sumo! But It was too-good to be true!

Cons

It does not do what is says. The marketing shows a polished software but it does not deliver the basics that are promised (streaming) let alone the extras.

Life time deal.

I did a couple broadcast. Its a good option for beginner and also professional broadcasters.

Pros

The usability is good! And the roadmap looks promising! - Overlay options - Screen layout options. - Simulcast options and Custom RTMP. - Video editor and Graphic editor!

Cons

Overlay and Theme options! I think they are adding more to the set. - Login in could have been set to an email than doing through Social media.

I LOVE that Be.Live is so simple and intuitive to use. It's easy to brand, easy to point to the right place on social media (even though that changes frequently for us).

Cons

I wish we could see the names of FB users without requiring them to take an additional step.

I really liked it, I don’t have many complaints. At some points it was glitchy but they fixed it.

Pros

It was such an easy software to use. Very intuitive and not extremely tech at all, yet still maintaining a high level of value and features.

Cons

It doesn’t really help with engagement which is not their fault as they can’t really control Facebook and the platform itself.

Great product and service but the streaming quality didn’t work for me. I moved to OBS and streaming through restream instead.

Pros

I got a lifetime subscription to be.live. It was easy to use and using my own branding was easy. There were plenty of updates in their pipeline to look forward to.

Cons

The call quality and dropping made it unusable. Eventually I refunded and had to move on to other software because of the streaming quality and constant dropping.

Cons

the streaming is usually an issue, can never be on Youtube and FB at the same time
