I loved having the ability watched, reported, and assigned slash commands that were integrated right into slack! We used to spend so much time searching issues, and this saved an amazing amount of our time. Pros While working at a tech start up, I did assist with the development. I really enjoyed the time we saved by having all issues in one place when using slack. It made our lives very easy and allowed us today find issues quicker and spend time on other areas of the business. Cons Honestly it was a great tool and I have only positive things to say about it!
