Overall: I have been working with multiple eCRF systems for years, each one with pros and cons, but AirTel has been a great partner for years, quality and value for money
Pros: The tool is designed having the final user in mind, the goal is to collect data with the most efficient way and with this tool you will have lean pages, fast to load, easy to fill Furthermore, it is possible to ask for customization and investigate new features
Cons: In the past the interface was not fancy, but the most recent version has solved this issue
